So a friend and I were talking. She said of how she'd heard the reason we fall so hard for the first guy we are in a long relationship with is because we tend to have sex with that person and they give us our first orgasm (or whichever guy DOES give you your first) ... and that's who you fall hardest for. It's not necessarily the first guy you have sex with, or the first guy you are in a relationship with, she said it's the first guy who does this.
Haha, it intrigued me.

I could see this being the case for a lot of people. Orgasms in and of themselves make us feel so incredibly good that it is only natural to attach a special significance to the person who helps us reach that peak. Thinking back I did fall very hard for the first guy the I orgasmed with. But I do think there has to be more to falling in love than that. He and I were very good friends before we started dating and having sex so I normally form a friendship with guys before we get into a deeper relationship.

True, the guys I'm with I am usually good friends with for a while before anything starts to happen. I'm trying to change that, I temporarily lost a few good friends due to that and I don't want to loose more. The good news is that those friendships seem like they might be ok someday so I'm happy for that.
