Season 1;; Chuck vs The Imported Hard Salami
Season 2;; tie between Chuck vs The Colonel and Chuck vs Tom Sawyer
Season 3;; Not enough episodes out yet for me to choose. I'll choose one where Chuck stops being an a*****e and begs for forgiveness at Sarah's feet. And I mean BEGS.

i don't remember all of them,can you post and episode list? but chuck Vs. tom sawyer was my first one. I remember I was in the room getting a bag of cookies or something and my parents were watching it and all i saw was them get chased into and elevator, sarah dress up as a nerdherder and the little asian man explode and I was like "What the heck are you watching? this makes no sense!" then later my family started watching chuck again on dvd from the beginning and when we watched that episode i was all like "OH! THAT"S WHY THAT HAPPENED! THAT MAKES MUUUUUCH MORE SENSE NOW!"
