 Soryuu KenjiNameless Village | Nature's Guard | GeninKenji stepped into his usual classroom, ready for another day of teaching. Aside from that mission he did, this seemed to be all he did as of late. However, complaining to himself aside, he took time to admire the expediency with which the wall had been repaired after his last "late" entrance. Unfortunately, for his amusement at least, that would not be repeated as he had been asked to run the class himself and could not afford to appear in a rather fashionably late way. Entering the room, he walked up to the desk and took a seat in the teacher's chair, leaning back on it as he put his feet up on the desk and waited for his student to arrive.
{{Step ONE! - Post in here and we will proceed through the lessons post-haste! let's try to keep it all in character as much as possible. Though the last few questions will be OOC. }}

A very tanned and femine form slipped into the room dressed in sand colored breeches, a one-sleeved open chested jacket (that covers the appropriate areas I assure you), worn head and face coverings and a two piece weapons harness. Rhade pulled down the scarf, revealing a beautiful yet harsh face, and bowed to Kenji. "I apologize for my lateness, Sensei. I became distracted on my way here and had to get find the right hall. I am ready to begin my training, Master." Her hands were clasped in front of her abdomen as she stood straight once more. Her blue eyes moved over the revealed portion of Kenji's body from in front of the desk. His partially masked face intrigued her as did his clothing, but she could see strong muscles beneath the fabric. I like him

Soryuu KenjiNameless Village | Nature's Guard | GeninKenji watched as his student walked into the classroom, and immediately removed his feet from the desk to stand up. Kenji made no noted expression regarding her looks or attire as he approached with a smile as he did for everyone... "Well then, the first thing is to stop that silly 'Master' and 'Sensei' talk... my name is Kenji, and it is an honor to meet you." Kenji bowed low, very respectfully as he did for all woman, but kept his eyes trained on her as he did, an old warrior's habit he was trained to keep since a young age.
"So, before we start here, why don't you tell me your name and a little bit about yourself, where you've come from... why you are here. Oh, and I'll need your profile for our records as well... I assume you brought it with you as you were requested to do with your Academy acceptance?"

She bowed once more, then pulled her forms from a pouch on her lower harness and held it out to him. "Yes Sen... Kenji, here. I am Rhade Asumai, an orphan from the desert. I was left on the academy stepps when I was a girl and raised by my adoptive grandmother, Granny. I intend to become a shinobi skilled in harnessing the power of the sands." Handing her portfolio to her new teacher, Rhade crossed her tanned arms over her chest and looked him over once again, searching for any hidden weapon he might have on his person. "What do we start with?"
((I do have a lot of experience with this kind of chara's though.))

Soryuu KenjiNameless Village | Nature's Guard | GeninTaking the profile she offered him, Kenji began looking at it immediately, curious as he always was to learn about new recruits. this one seemed exceptionally well trained already, far more so then most academy students. Kenji was rather impressed, but she still had many things to learn... though he wondered what his spar with her would hold. Before getting too carried away with reading her profile, Kenji finally snapped out of his reading trance and looked up at Rhade with a smile...
"Oh, of course. Your first lesson... well it is a reconnaissance mission actually. Your job is to go around and check out all of the subforums for this village and give a brief description of what each is used for. After that, come back here and we can continue. Oh, and while you're out... if you could find a picture for your profile, that would be great. we usually like to have one on file, just in case not everyone who needs to find you has had the pleasure of a personal meeting." Kenji cocked his head slightly with another smile before going back to reading her profile, walking over to the teacher's desk slowly as he sat down in the chair and read the details.

"Go though the subforums, collect their purposes and descriptions and get a picture taken, I'm on it Kenji!" Her first mission would be a cinch to pull of. Jogging lightly out the door, she gave a quick bow to the ranked Shinobi and left.

((Not sure if you wanted me to post in them or not, but here's what I got))
Walking back into the room, Rhade caught her breath as she had run all the back. Maybe she was a little too enthusiastic, but that was how she was. "Got you my photo." She held out the picture, then wiped off the fighting knife in her other hand. "The Main Office is for anything and everything related to the guild, such as questions, suggestions, upcoming events, updates, rumors and petitions. No pointless or ridiculous ideas. The Anbu Hideout is a SECRET and the Center of Town is for public buildings and activities, stores and shops, and small disputes. No GM'ing, destroying shops or killing others without the Player's permission. The Shinobi Records are to list all Shinobi in residence in the Nameless Village. We can comment on other's profiles, but no flaming and remember the Chain of Command." Taking in a deep breath, she bent over and held onto her knees to keep from falling over. Having another breath, she launched into the details of her mission again. "The village Academy is a place to get a Sensei and learn to navigate the guild, fight in character and become a Genin. The Training Grounds are for training your skills or just to have a friendly brawl or duke it out with a rival Shinobi. There is to be no killing here and there are several intense geographical simulators for training and fights. It is inside, so it isn't endless. In the housing districts there's the Common House and personal housing for Chunin-ranked Shinobi and above. No unauthorized entrance to private homes and little to no fighting." Rhade once more stopped for breath and a drink of water from her canteen.

Soryuu KenjiNameless Village | Nature's Guard | Genin"...and the Cells HQ and the Miscellaneous Missions subforums?" Kenji said with a bit of a leading question at the end..."What are they for?" The information she had brought back was pretty complete, but it did leave a couple of holes in the major areas, though skipping over Wilderness makes sense, as it is essentially a different type of training grounds.
Kenji watched as she took a sip of her water and was apparently out of breath. He figured that perhaps with her training, she might be able to handle a run around the village. However, perhaps he was being a bit unfair... it was done rather quickly. Pushing his tangent aside, he snapped back into the present and awaited the final two responses.

Nodding to his question, Rhade continued. "The Cells HQ is a place for the members of the Nameless Village to form cells and learn from one another while improving their skills. The Captain of each Cell, as well as the Crew, has final say in the individual rules for the Cell. Miscellaneous Missions are where mission threads are located. Only those involved with the mission are allowed to post in the threads. The setting of the mission can be in almost any location, whether it be inside or outside of the village. Once a mission is completed [End of Mission] must be posted in the title so that the Mods can move it to the Archives. In continuation, the Archives are for dead or unused threads that anyone can read, but not post in. The Command Center is where all orders come from. Each floor has a certain function and rank required to enter said floor. Return here after completing a mission for debriefing and to recieve another mission." She took another sip of water and waited for Kenji's approval.

 Soryuu KenjiNameless Village | Nature's Guard | Genin"Very Good! You certainly took good notes! Now on to the next portion of the class!" Getting up out of his chair, Kenji turned his back to his student as he picked up a piece of chalk and began writing on the board. From the way he was standing, you couldn't really quite see what he was writing, but after about a minute of quick writing on the board, Kenji turned around, and offered the paragraph on the screen for his students perusal...
On the board, Kenji wrote:
"Your training in the Ukude forest went a little bit longer then you expected it would, and before long you realize that it is far past curfew for the village. A bit panicked with the realization that you would have some serious explaining to do to the night guards, you gather up your things and head out of the forest. As you run, you could swear you heard something follow behind you, but in your haste, you continue on, figuring an animal had simply run past. Just as you are about to breach the forest's edge, you see the bushes beside you shake violently as a masked man, dressed in espionage night gear leaps out at you with kunai drawn, aiming for your neck."
"Now then..." Kenji said as he placed the chalk back down on the border of the chalk board and wiped the excess chalk from his hands, "Take a look at this and write out a response as to how you would react, and remember that detail is important!"

"Thank you Kenji, I pride myself on my work." She watched his back as he wrote the scenarioon the board. Then, after reading it quickly, Rhade took the chalk from his hand and began writing underneath it.
(It's gonna be in third person)
She had forgotten about the curfew and was now running towards the wall. Granny would tan her hide for being late again and she never forgot about the curfew. Being in such a hurry as she was, Rhade didn't give much thought to the sounds just outside of the path as she barreled down the beaten ground. She barely caught the warning signs before a shinobi in shadow gear leapt at her with a drawn kunai. Ducking the blow, the young woman flung her heavy bag at his head and rolled away from her attacker. Coming up and turning back to the man, she drew her Manriki and swung the weighted end in a defensive circle. If the man came straight at her he would meet both studded weights, one to the face and the other in his crotch. To the left, the chain would entwine his legs, tripping him and the right, her chain-wrapped fist would strike at his kidneys and liver.
"Is this exceptable? Or should I try again?" Rhade looked expectantly at her teacher, awaiting his response.

Taking a seat, Rhade took a moment to think before speaking. "Godmodding is the action of a player stating that his/her character's words, feelings and actions are the only thing that matters and ignore the feelings, actions and words of other RPC's. Doing such a thing robs other RP'ers of their right to play the game and dissolves their creativeness. Metagaming is any strategy, action or method which transend the prescribed ruleset, use outside factors to influence outcomes, or surpasses set limitations. As well as the gaming universe outside of the actual game." She leaned back against the back of her chair, confident of her answer and waited for Kenji's response.
((I actually didn't know what Metagaming was. Thank you, Wikipedia. lol ))

Soryuu KenjiNameless Village | Nature's Guard | GeninExcellent! Kenji exclaimed to the quick and confident reply."This one is turning out to be an excellent student!... I wonder how she will fair with the physical aspect of the class..." Kenji smiled widely, knowing that the next part of the test was his favorite. This whole classroom scene was still foreign to him. even though he had helped teach many classes, this was not his scene, and he would always be a foreigner, a member of the forest, where his true heart lie.
"Alright then Rhade, you have been a star pupil! There is only one thing left... a spar with your teacher! I will be evaluating your ability to fight as well as to hold your own in a real setting. " Cracking his neck side to side instinctually, Kenji smiled once more rotating his shoulder outward quickly before bringing them back in... he seemed to be getting psyched up for the fight. "Now then, where would you like to do battle? You can choose any of the training areas we have here in the village, so long as they do not currently have fights taking place within them."
