I'm pretty sure we all know what a challenge is. I have an Idea for a fic, but can't write it myself. I don't want to let it die... Anyone want to volenteer?

I've only read a few bleach fanfics but I had the Idea for a Orihime fic, where she becomes an arrancar, because ichigo failed to rescue her from her brother.


Plot points so far:
*Ichigo couldn't save Orihime from her brother, she became a hollow and escaped to hueco mundo.
*She and her brother start working under the arrancars, fighting and eating hollows that fight against Aizen.
*She appears during Ichigo's fight with Uryu, and eats the hollow that attacks Tatsuki, who developes spiritual powers and takes Orihime's place in the regular storyline.
*She later becomes an arrancar after gaining strength, joining Barrigan's fraccion.

*She has few memories of her mortal life, she knows her friends' names and recognizes him as someone important to her, but she doesn't know why they are important.

Any ideas for fleshing this out?
What should Orihime's hollow form look like?
Should her powers be different?
What's Ichigo's reaction?
