I'm speaking of the Full Moon. There has been a Full Moon visible on January 31st and January 30th.

it was huge, too. O.O
maybe they're just twice as special, since there's twice as many days?
i know blue moons are supposed to be more magical, but i don't know about repeating...

It happens more than you notice, I guess.

I don't think it means anything. I didn't see for myself because I am lucky enough to have 24/7 clouds around here. The full moon usually looks full for three days, but it also has things to do with the exact postition of the sun (well, the earth is in a different position, but since we are on the earth it looks like the sun is the different one, same with the moon and the stars). The sun is in a different position every day, but we just don't notice it because it is so slight. You were just lucky enough to notice the difference.

The full moon actually only lasts one day, but it is such a slight change from one day to the next most people can't see the difference between one day and the next, but they can notice the difference over a couple of days.
