I think there should be a search area created. Maybe it could also be like, a brainstorming area? Where people could post ideas for group role plays or onexone search threads as well? It might get people thinking about role play ideas, which would create more forums for people to post in.
I also think a onexone area should be created. While I"m all for group role plays it'll boost the activity of the guild as a whole I think. Because not everyone is online at the same time, and sometimes getting away from the group setting helps calm nerves and get brain juices flowing again.
