The goal of any group is important and ours is in no way different. Hello I am Yuuin and I am your Commanding officer.
This life is unpure people have left the ability to be such a thing years ago so we shall show then the right way to live learn this creed and you shall be able to sit here and do anything.
Live your life in shadow but never in darkness.
The darkness facilitates a job but destroys a life.
The life is only useful if there is some reason for it to be taken be it information or money.
That which is taken belongs to the whole guild if there is something you personally want then come to the Guild leader.
The guild leader is law if you have nothing else learned then you are to learn this. Law cannot be broken.
To live a life you must destroy a past one.
Secrecy is of the upmost importance you get seen you get killed you don't get seen the knife reaches their back.
Only the impure deserve to leave this world the pure are too few.
This is your creed to live by. you break it you become impure.

As leaders of the fight against the impure we know that there is pure among all races so we allow all races within our ranks some have an easier time getting certain things do to their abilities.
Dwarves: Dwarves make up our BlackSmiths as they have quite the ability to work with metals of all kinds as well as are great with weapons used for mining and blacksmithing.
Elves: These make the best Shadows they are fleet of foot and have magic ability's that can help with the more subtle aspects that a shadow employs. they also are the ones that enchant the armor and weapons that we all use as their innate magical ability helps with this. Most elves choose a Shadow as the sword is more of a brutish occupation.
Urgals: with their size and strength they make the best Swords their sluggish and heavy movements make their ability to become Shadows harder.
Humans: Humans are the most versitile of all races they can become anything equally well but are worse than th races specific to those occupation due to their versitility.
