Do you like to read books? (Manga doesn't count!)
  Totally!
  Hell no. They're boring.
  Only manga, for me.

So I've been wanting to write a story recently, but I can't think of anything good, or when I do think of something it seems to be overdone. )=
So I was wondering if you guys could help me out by listing storie ideas that are overdone.

This way I can have my own creative story, without stealing ideas from you guys, and hopefully it wont be an overdone story. =D

I'd prefer you list stuff for fantasy, cuse that's what I good with, but anything is fine. ^^

So story ideas like:
Vampires and werewolves
Elves
Zombies
fanfics - totally not original D:
Dragons
Computers taking over

These are all pretty overdone, no matter what angle you look at them. Oh, and movie ideas count too. =o

lol.
It's so I know what not to write about. And if I do want to write about something, say vampires, I'll make sure it's creative.

Mmm. I can't stand sappy romance, unless it's those movies like "Pride and Prejudice." I like those ones, but not reading them. They bore me. >_<

I like some sort of romance in books. And for pure romance stories, sappy sucks. I like more stuff with friends or drama or something, like in Scribbler of Dreams or the Dark Secrets stories.

Yeah. I've only found one series that doesn't have any sort of love in it.
Everything else I've read has romance of some kind. lol

Oh? The one I found isn't kiddish at all. It's "The Bartimaeus Trilogy" by Jonathan Stroud. I love it. It's completely fantasy, and has demons and magic in it. =) There are 3 books of it that I know of.

Mmm. Some people just don't like those kinds of books. I thought it was awesome though.
