(note: giving permission for use of an idea is legally binding. Giving permission for use of your idea gives them the power to change, manipulate, take credit from and otherwise gain from your idea, monetary or otherwise. This also gives them the right to take credit for the idea in the future)
This post has been screen captured, dated, and saved with multiple backups should it be changed in any way shape or form. Every time this post is updated I will take another screen capture and save it with multiple backups

You can also defend your rights and back them up as much as you want to make sure nothing that you don't want happen. Get protection on your "stuff" and everything will go good. Also you can copy-write a name so they can borrow it and not own it. Same goes for allowing the borrowing of a character, but then what else are we going to do with them? This is a once in a lifetime chance to get noticed, and this is it if we keep trying. The more people who chicken out, then the more the plan is ruined. I'm not making up this story, we all helped make it. Also Noirimex and Xainulj will consider joining when they talk to the Squeenix Rep guy, so that will be a helper when it happens. I wish us all luck, and hope everything goes according to plan.

Excuse me but I'll have a say in this....
If you believe having a name for yourself and keeping it is "chickening out" then fine, so be it but the only reason why I'm not doing this is because frankly, i like my nobody name and want to keep it MINE. AS soon as that game comes out, anyone's name who is even slightly mentioned will be up for grabs by fans. Imagine having millions of Nexas' (upon the already swarming millions) having YOUR name. Sure to most this would be no issue but to me, being a gamer. My nobody name means everything I have on the net....If that was taken then all the time i spent making friends, enemies, and working my way up would have meant nothing. Another thing is that keep in mind, sure they can "borrow" our names but they can change it at will if not given a specific type of permission. They can literally twist your character to do things they would never do.....I personally will not allow my Organization self to become a monstrosity. Although both Xainulj and Zexim have valid points, I only do not want my name used because I never have really trusted companies in general, let alone some representative from Square Enix. I hope you all take a careful and long thought about this decision, I do not want to sway you all into picking either side but try and balance pros and cons here and ask yourself "Is it worth it?"

Nah, I'm not givin' permission. It'd be cool but if someone was to make money off of my character I'd atleast want some and like Noir said I don't want a million Ox's around. Sorry no thanks,

I'm seeing something wrong here, but its your choices. Seriously, wtf is wrong with people using your name online for a character? Thats like something a middle-schooler would say. God you're all children, jk. But seriously, that's like an honor to have someone like your name, or even your character. And no, I am not doing this to get money, be famous or whatever, I'm doing this for the fact that I want to see us in a game we like ^-^ and also play it. There is always a rule 34: If it can be thought of, there's porn of it. Also, the more people who DON'T want to be a part of this, then its basically shutting me down and leaving me with no story. This is like awesome, and you yourself should feel honored you have this opportunity.
