If I'm feeling very negatively about something, I'll do something called "feeling drawing." It's basically exactly how it sounds- drawing to express what I'm feeling.
Sodoku sounds like a great way to get the mind off bad things, too. ;o I'll try it sometime!

Usually do some sort of activity that relates to the issue i'm having to sort of overlook the other. Example if i've been hurt by a recent relationship, I flirt and try to detach myself away from the it. Its seemed to work.
Other then that I don't really express my depression or anger, I'm quite controlling most of the time. My brother, not so much.

I usually need to talk to someone. Either face to face or by voice chat/phone. It just.. idk.. like messaging people on msn, etc- can help sometimes. But, hearing the person's voice calms me. I'm not sure why.
Also, I watch movies or listen to music. If I'm mad at some guy or something... it's usually that "Girl Power" type music. xD;
If I'm really upset... I shut down. I don't like talking to people... It's an awful habit, but it's just how I cope. I wouldn't recommend this though because I think all my "bottling up" has caused some other inner issues. <.<

Usually, I b***h about it to my bestie. xD We talk about it, and she helps me get through it. Though I Also talk with My mom about things, because I Know she'll always give me truthful, Honest advice about it, same with my boyfriend... So I guess what I do is just vent about it. Sweets help too =3

I repress it. It's not healthy. I let it out one time... Back in high school, me last day before graduation actually... I was in a 3-D art class, sculpting and such, I was there finishing up a bit of work. Lo and behold these girls were at a table behind me throwing bits of clay at people. They threw some at me, I politely told them to stop. Naturally this pissed them off to no end. So they began throwing more at me. Before I realized it, I was standing and cursing them out. Seriously, the stuff I was saying was cold (I do remember calling them silly little bitches.). Some guy who was hitting on one of them...bitches, tried to get me to stop calling them bitches so I cursed him out too. It was 6 or 7 good minutes of insults before I finally flipped a chair over and sat down. The teach walked over and said "...ok then" and then walked back to her desk. Looking back on it I find it...hilarious, but let this be a warning! Don't repress that s**t or you'll be calling ladies bitches! (If you don't already that is.)

No, but seriously... I tend to just deal with it by being quiet and not letting it affect me. Listening to music, watching my favorite movies, being alone for a while... I sometimes don't like talking to people because some situations you only understand if you've been involved in them yourself, y'know?
