The Dominion
One of the oldest galactic powers and certainly the largest, the Dominion was established by the Founders, known to the rest of the galaxy as the changelings, and is governed by their subordinates, a clone race named the Vorta. The Dominion desires order above all things and enforces this order with their clone Jem'Hadar warriors.
