Staff will not give specialized attention to anyone so it's your job to suck as much as you can from any critiques you get (giving you multiple critiques to point out things you missed is just a waste of your time and ours). Look at critiques that we've given other players and compare them to your profile, you'd be surprised how often we repeat ourselves, especially when it comes to breaking up Mary Sue/Gary Stu characters. Look in the Journals; what the characters are like, what their jobs are, what their personality is, their history, and so on. We want 3D characters with hopes, flaws, and specialties (and please, don't make "clumsy" the flaw of choice).

Most importantly, please be polite when asking for crit. Yelling at us to do it (even if you are 'joking') won't make us go any faster. Mind your Ps and Qs. wink
