Note: Details on the following are still very vague and are subject to change.

Information obtained from serebii.net!

The official website has been updated to state that a a new pokemon game, possibly with fifth-generation pokemon, is scheduled for 2010 release in Japan. Further details are yet to be announced but the website hinted that fifth-generation pokemon would very possibly be in it, and it is to be an RPG game. It is as yet unknown for sure whether this game shows the beginning of the fifth-generation pokemon or if is a brand-new series.

Its about time also, I've been waiting for fifth generations after I beat Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. It drove me crazy. Now that we will be getting HG/SS very soon I'll have something to do until those come out!
