Personality: Neon is a very skilled fighter. He tends to act bad a**, but is also cocky at times. He thinks he can handle anything. He is a kind and reliable teammate and friend. He also likes fighting enemies that tend to be bigger and stronger. That shows his cocky side. And he likes to show off.

Biography: Neon was born in New York on May 17, 1860 (150 years ago). His name wasn't originally Neon Graves. He was born with the name Mike. But, when he was 15, his parents died in a house fire while he was at school. Since that moment, he changed his name to Neon and joined a gang. He became an excellent fighter from gang battles and he killed many people in these fights. But then one day, he was with his gang. He had became their leader. One of the enemy gangs showed up at their hangout and wanted to fight. Neon gladly accepted. He was beating their butts pretty badly because of his agility and strength. Because of that and his snow white hair, his friends nicknamed him the "White Flash." But during the fight, one of the enemy gang members pulled out a gun and shot Neon's best friend. Neon stopped fighting in shock. Then, the guy he was fighting pounded him in the face. He flew backwards and landed on his back. Hew became dazed for a few moments. When it wore off, the guy with the gun had it pointing him in the face. Then he pulled the trigger. In the spiritual world, Neon has been looking for his friend who died in the same battle as him and his parents, but he can never find them.
In the Soul Society, he found a new family. He was still sad about never finding his parents or friends, but he made some new ones. Then, Neon joined the Shinigami Academy. His major goal now was to become a Soul Reaper. After 5 trys on the test, he finally became a Soul Reaper and was assigned to Division 4 as the Rookie.
Zanpakuto Information
Sealed: Looks like an old sword that has seen many battles.
Shikai: "Watch the Thunder, Hyouketsu." Hyouketsu - Shikai In this form, the blade is able to emit a small amount of electricity. Just enough to cover the blade and give a 'Shocking' touch. The electricity will only be activated for 10 posts or 4 strikes. If the user attempts to activate it again, then they will receive several burns on the palms of their hands.
Hatsuden: If the user swings the blade, blades of lightning will zoom off of it. If it touches the enemy, it will cause several 3rd degree burns and the victim will feel several shocks every 4 posts for 12 posts. May cause paralysis.
Raimei If the user touches Hyouketsu in this state and they have minor wounds (Small cuts, burns, bruses, scars, ect.), then their wounds will heal. Also, if the user slams the blade onto the ground, it will ring a loud, high-pitched noise that can cause one to go deaf. Everyone but the user is affected by that. (Healing lasts 1 post)(Healing abilities can only be used out of combat)(High-pitched sound lasts 1 post and stuns enemies for 3 posts)(High-pitched sound can only be used every 20 posts).
Inazuma: Hyouketsu is able to charge up it's electrical abilities. When the user stabs or swings in a direction, the charged electrical energy gets released a sends out a large wave of lightning. If struck by this, the victim will be paralyzed for 3 posts and will suffer serious burns. The blast is 35 feet long and travels at 100mph. After it travels 5 miles, it disappears.
Bankai: "Bring forth the light." Hyouketsu - Bankai Hyouketsu will usually keep all the skills above and it's strength and shape changes. But, if the user is in a state of anger or fear, the blade will turn into a huge, destructive, lightning dragon...revealing it's true form. Lightning Dragon, Hyouketsu's true form. The dragon's tail is still connected to the hilt of the sword, so it has limited range. Hyouketsu is able to produce lightning clouds that summon up lightning with dangerous amounts of volts. He can also shoot lightning from his mouth. This form will only last 5 posts because of it's power and it drains all of Neon's strength.
