Kirin
Description: The kirin in 2G (unite) is a bit revamped, the sounds of it is quite different from Freedom 2's Kirin. More like a horse now, than a unicorn of some sort. Kirin has new move I call "Pin Point Lightning" where as the kirin makes a "neighing" very quick and doesn't do anything for about one second then waves it's head, If you get hit directly, it paralyzes you. Kirin is deprived from mythlogical unicorn and the name is from the southern society (asia) Kirin in asia is a Asain type of unicorn.
Kirin in the game is bright blue and white, able to summon lightning from the sky. One of two monsters able to do this in the game. The kirin first appeared in Monster Hunter for the PS2 and able to fight it online. Sadly, online servers are shut down and canceled. its a first generation
Attacks: Can call lightning from the sky in different ways, the 360 lightning which surrounds it, behind and in front. It's pin point lightning which is its new ability in the game. Make sure to dodge it, or else you will get paralyzed if it hits you on contact. Timing and dodging is crucial! When in rage mode its very fast and you can hear electricity emanate from it. It can charge which takes a lot of damage and can "hop" side to side which can also knock you down.
Weakness: Not really weak against anything, using raw attack is better than weapons with attributes. fire attribute can work since it is a lightning type. Any weapon can do, but anything to slow you down will upper your chances of fainting and dying (exaomle: Greatswords, hammer, hunterhornrs, heavy bowgun)
Reference: "The Kirin is said to glow a faint bue, but so few have seen it that details are scarce. It is apparently capable of calling fourth lightning at will. Kirin material is very valuable.
