This is the osaka Theme park.with mostly water inbuled rides.

Hond could see the lights up ahead and hear the screams of thousands as they went up, down, round, sideways, forwards, backwards, and upside down. He looked on with an awkward yet, mischeivious grin forming across his face. Hond was never known to think before he acted, he was more known as a randomly impulsive decision maker. This had gotten Hond into many fights and other predicaments he'd not soon forget though, this one had a certain thrill to it. Hond charged up his AT's and thrusted foward til he found his groove in the ground, he then put more force on his front wheels to gain an extra kick of speed boosting him towards the fenced part of the park. Hond could now be seen as a streak of red bleeding rapidly over the roads beneath him. It was at just three feet before the fence when Hond had crouched down, then sprang upward over the six foot tall fence.
Hond had always been able to reach a good height when jumping, though he also knew not to do it too often or like most things he too would pay a toll. Not having much to his name Hond; took it upon himsef to sneak upon the tallest gut wrenching roller coasters that side of Tokyo had ever concocted into reality. Taking the lift to the top, he found some of his valuables beginning to weightlessly float about. It was a good thing they were on chains and straps of sorts, or he'd have had a hard time tracking them down as they would have fallen and quite possibly break into peices not seen by the naked eye in the nights strangle.
As the maintenance lift reached it's peak Hond marveled at the sight of all the tiny human-ant like creatures on the pavement below. Hond took no more notice at them and instead turned his attention to the colossal rails he was about to grind. Hond sat down and attached a set of wheels that looked much like that of a locomotive's, he then attached a guard rail from the front wheel to the back, and stood up.
"This should be interesting enough.. heh.. I wonder if death will follow? Meh oh well nothing ventured, nothing gained right pop?" Hond looked up at the star lit sky then kissed his hands and raised them high. Hond placed both feet on the horizontal rails and suprisingly enough fit over each rail as if by fate. Hond crouched down as his back wheel began to charge making a high pitched squeeling noise overheard by those below him. Once mute and un-noticed to anyone; now the main attraction to thousands of viewers. The bad thing about the right attention was; sooner or later you get the wrong kind too. Hond lifted up his heel on his left foot and shot foward, this was it.
Yelling out at the top of his lungs; "WHAMMY BAR SLIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDE!!!!" (A choice move with possible disaterous outcomes)
His voice would trail off as he shot down the behemoth of a rollercoaster. His blood pumping, heart racing, and his hair whipping in the wind gave him more than enough reason to put on his thermal detecting visors. Once on he could see the heat bellowing from under his feat as sparks from his custom train wheels began to lash out at the sides. His body again turned into a blur of red as he surged down the 75 and 85 degree drops. he could see flashing lights and hear wailing sirens as he neared the end of the coaster's rails. Taking in account he may go to jail after being hospitalized for the criminaly insane, he jumped off and rolled along the paved road though, soon finding out his wheels weren't meant for anything other than rails. Hond did his best to keep his momentum until his visors located a quite damp and cool cargo crate where he'd spend his night.
As hond began to relax his heart rate jumped when he saw police cars race by his hiding place.
"I know that was just dumb luck... I'm sorry father.." It was then he had remembered the news van from below. "well so much for being unknown....."

"Well that was something"
Shadow stood off to the side of the loud crowd, sitting at a lone table. She had been watching the 'performance' that the unknown boy had put on and was impressed. She seemed to be the only person who was completely calm at the time, everyone around her were talking loudly about what just happened and the cops wandering around aimlessly looking for the boy. She let a long like yawn and stretched out like a cat. She then walked off, to continue wandering through the Theme Park. Word Count: 84

I jump over the fence and look around at the empty park. HELLO! I get no answer and begin to skate around until I find the power box. I found you at last....lets give some the water rides an coasters some power. I turn the power on for some of the rides but leave the lights off so not to bring any attention to the park.

I skate on the roller coaster tracks thinking to my self as my flash drive plays a song on the speakers.
You know me, the fighting freak Knuckles,
And we're at Pumpkin Hill,

I ain't gonna let it get to me, I'm just gonna creep,
Down in Pumpkin Hill I gots to find my lost piece.
I know that it's here, I can sense it in my feet,
The great Emerald's power allows me to feel.
I can't see a thing but it's around somewhere,
I'm gonna hold my head 'cause I have no fear.
This probably seems crazy, crazy, a graveyard theory,
A ghost tried to approach me and got leery.
Ask him a question and he vanished in a second,
I'm walkin' through valleys cryin' pumpkin in the alley.
Didn't seem happy but they sure tried to get me,
Had to back 'em up with the fist, metal crack 'em.
I'm hearing someone saying you a chicken, don't be scared!
It had to be the wind, 'cause nobody wasn't there.
I searched and I searched as I climbed up the wall,
And then I started to fly, I went in deeper!
Let it get to me? I'm just gonna creep,

I know that it's here, I sense it in my feet,

I stop the music and turn off the power. Well that was my fun for now.....I jump over the fence and leave the park.
