It's been a while since I've written anything but hey that's just me. I have had one of these poems published and I'm also hoping to have a few more published. Keep in mind not all of these are "great" they may not even be your type but hopefully you still enjoy. Just keep in mind that some of my stuff is kinda dark.

Shattered
I'm looking in the shattered mirror
Only to see my shattered face
Maybe it's just my fear
But this seems far beyond my pace
I'm lying her and feeling restless tonight
Thinking about my shattered life
"Why do you care?!"
I scream at my shattered self
My heart is far more shattered than me
Forever broken in eternity
My heart and ears still crave to hear
Three small words....I Love You

In the End
A sword through my heart
and nails through my hands
I can't help but wonder
from his stance
Is he thinking
that I'm telling lies?
And always hiding behinding
true blue eyes?
I can't help but wonder
what goes through his head
especially when I think
that enough has been said.
But in the end
Will I know where I truly stand?
Will I figure it out
so my heart can mend?

Lover's Magick
My life has never felt more engraved. The same things happening day after day. The yelling, the hollering, the screaming. It never seems to end till I look in your eyes. You have the magick touch I so crave to feel. Seeing you everyday is my favorite way to heal. You're like an angel that takes away my pain, that's why I crave to see you again and again. When I see you, you send comforting chills up and down my spine but what I really crave is for your lips on mine. You wrap your arms around me to shield me from the cold. We have the Lover's Magick that is so free and bold. So we will work together to protect this love that we hold.

The Hatchlings Mistake
Three friends walk together
In the court of night
Hoping to find
The slightest delight
Mentors and Guardians
Sitting and waiting
But still they are kept waiting
Through the night
The trio get picked up
Early the next morning
Though the mentors said
That no blood shall be shed tonight
It does not seem too promising
Though hearts have been broken
All is betrayed
Will The Hatchlings ever
Be trusted again?

To Fly Away
I'm still looking back
On what I wish never was.
My heart has been tacked
To yours; And my wings have been broken.
I am the bird that can not fly
I'm still struggling in means to be fit
I will NOT lie here another day
Just because my heart has been hit.
I will fly away from my worries
And leave you far behind.
All because I must return
To the rest of my kind.

The Feared
Dark Hair,
Dark Clothes,
Dark Eyes,
All just ways they think they can hide.
Muttered words you'll hear in passing.
No where to go and no where to turn,
There's no forgiveness for what they've learned.
Always looked down upon
And always feared.
Not knowing there is someone out there who cared.
So that no one can see who you are.
We are feared because you refuse to see us as we are.
Fallen angels by some,
Cursed by others.
Don't fear me,
Understand me.

My Fairytale Ending
It's easy to see the light through the darkness
like the first star you see at night
That's when the urge comes over me
and I'll hope I've got it right
This will be My Fairytale Ending
My happily ever after
I'm finally done mending
Please don't let this be a dream
I've waited too lon
And it's written oh so perfectly
Just like a love song.
Don't go away
Now that the darkness has disappeared
You've brought me out of the shadows
and into the golden light
