I've never tried astral traveling or dream walking or anything of that nature but I've looked it up before. I've found a few websites on this that might be interesting. Astral Traveling/projectionDream WalkingHas anyone experienced anything like this before? What is it like? Can you control it or does it just happen? Please discuss.

Jump into the sky iv done it once .
but someone through me back and told me never to do it again so never have done it again lol
and pierce the darkness of space.

The only time I tried astral projection was about a couple of months ago, maybe in November or something. I was on this cliff next to a large bolder that was in front of a cave (so I couldn't go in, I wouldn't have anyways) and there was a beautiful trail leading to a lake and I wanted to go down there after I blessed the cliff so it could be my "home base" and when I tried to leave I couldn't and soon everything turned blurry and then black and then I opened my eyes. I think something was there, something bad that was stopping me but I also think I was distracted from sounds in my house.
Also, I have dreams sometimes where I am other people. I think I live their lives for however long the dreams last. I feel that it is some sort of astral projection but I'm not sure. It just feels very real and I know everything about the persons life. I think they are people from times before ours. One time I believe I was in another version of myself from the past. It was incredible, and I didn't want to leave/wake up. But I've only had 4 of these dreams. And two were of the same person (the person who I think I was in a past life.)

I think that could be another reason why I couldn't do it. I have no control at all in my dreams. I just have to have them.

I've tried it a few times, and the only successful time was I was in my school's new weight room with and my guardian angels were with me. But the demon Belial was there as well, and he was trying to persuade me to join the darkness. I wanted to, but I didn't. And then my angels and I went to my childhood church and I went to the crucifix and cried under it. Then I came back almost immediately ):

It's hard to explain because its something that you could only understand if it happened to you. Does that make sense? D: but the best I could possibly explain is it feels like... bah! I just dunno! But there have been a few times that I try and my body feels like its going to cave in or my arms or legs shake (and I don't have an illness that would cause it). Sorry.

I can understand that. There are lot's of things I can't explain to people if they haven't experienced it and likewise things I don't understand if I haven't felt it for myself.

There are ways that you put your body to sleep without your mind sleeping, too. Acually, I'm part of a group called The Lucid Dreaming Guild here on Gaia. It has a bunch of mehods to try, and I'm trying to work up a disscussion on Astral Projection for you. When it gets going and I have several posts, I'll give you guys the link.
