Everyone says that high school is the best 4 years of your life.Well everyone was dead wrong.These 6 teenagers hate high school more then life itself.All of the bullies,the teachers piling homework on them,the gum stuck under the desks,and the crappy lunch food.These teens just wanna get these 4 years of school over with as soon as they can.But none of them know what is about to be in store for them.They are all about to meet and find out high school isn't so bad after all if you have a few friends with you or you find a person to love.

Adam was picking at his fingernails, a habit he started a while ago and couldn't get out of, and sighed. He just wanted school to be over with so he could spend the night at another friend's house. He didn't notice MacKenie at his side, he was lost in his own world. His world consisted of good friends, good family, and a good life basically.

Adam walked in slowly, getting pushed by everyone herding inside. He sighed as one kid pushed him against the wall. His head started hurting, again, as he walked. He put his hand to his head and muttered to himself as he walked to his first class.

Mackenie bit her lip going into her first class.She was a little on edge at the moment because yesterday she found a nasty note in her locker from someone in her first period.She sat in the front to avoid being picked on and pulled out her black an green checkered notebook and binder

Adam snuck in class, the same as Mackenie's, still muttering about getting hurt again that same day. He sat down in the back, in the corner and looked down at his pale-ish hands. The veins stuck out on his hand, which was kind of creepy, yet cool to him. He traced his veins with his finger for the heck of it til the teacher came in.

Adam didn't use notes, he memorized everything the teacher said. He was very good at remembering lots of things and now was the time for him to prove it. The teacher gave Adam many looks as he was giving his lecture about the concept of the electric chair, which was an idea by Thomas Edison. Adam only shrugged and tapped his forehead, which made him wince some.

After class, the teacher dismissed everyone, but told Adam to stay. After everyone left, Adam got up and walked to the teacher. The teacher glared down at him. "Why didn't you take any notes Mr.Sully?"
Adam shrugged. "I memorized it all."
The teacher scoffed, "No student can possibly memorize my whole speech. Try saying it."
Adam sighed and repeated what the teacher said word-for-word, which made the teacher stare at him in disbelief. "Yyou..How can you memorize that?"
Adam shrugged. "I don't know."
