Dustin sneaks up on her without her knowing.
Since they are in the woods, he is a better runner and stealthy person now. Even faster than her now.
He scares her from behind by grabbing her shoulder.

Ellende screamed. "What was that for?" she asked Dustin, although she would've done the same thing. Noticing the earring, she smirks. "Nice."

"Yes, I know. I actually got this as a gift from my mother. When I woke up earlier it was just on my ear. I found a note with it explaning that it was from my mother. She had wrote it."
He smiles.
"So what are we going to do now that we are here?"
He asks her.

Ellende shook her head. "Sorry, that sounded depressed. Never mind. So, what's your favorite thing about camp?"

"Well it was being around all these people who are half-bloods too and being able to fit in. All the cabinmates I had for a while at the Hermes cabin. But now that I'm a son or Artemis I feel really lonely. I mean at least like the Big Three kids get a few siblings. I don't have any, and probably won't. My mother wasn't supposed to have me because of her vow to always be a maiden. But she did fall in love with my father. Doubt it will happen again. She got in some trouble for having me. So she won't be having anymore at least not anytime soon."
He looks around, sad now.

"Are you okay?" Ellende asked, her freckled face full of concern. "You don't need siblings for company here, everyone's friendly... except maybe Milly... and the Ares kids... but other than that, you have nothing to worry about."
((I'll be logging off in like 10 minutes but I'll try to get on from my laptop right after so STAY ON!!! And don't tell my parents.))

He asks her, wondering about what she has against Milly who was nice to Dustin.

He shakes his head.
"I guess that would do it wouldn't it?"
He says.
"But oh well, I guess I can get used to being alone at the cabin and at the dinner pavillion when I have to sit at the Artemis table by myself."
"And what am I going to do when the Huntresses come by? They will probably beat me up thinking I was stalking in the Artemis cabin since they probably don't know that I'm a son of Artemis. Even I tell them, I bet they won't believe me."
He sighs.
"Oh well."
