If you want to be a Crew Member ther are a few thing s you can do. 1) donate : donations from 500 to how much your willing well be accepted. Your donations can be used for your cause to, like the Trade and Exchange Forum in were if you donate 2.5k you will be granted your own shop post
2)Getting new members to join: If your able to get 3 new members to join (if someone requests haves your name metioned in it)you go up a rank
3) doing side missions: Every now and then the Guild will post missions for every member can do.

I'm willing to do those things but I wish for No PROMOTION... sry it had to be yelled my other guild still has me in a position of power and now its my choice to continue to running the guild or leave it and watch it fall apart. ahh needed to get that out as well.
