Break up with him and tell him why you are doing it. That if he cant be faithful to you, then he doesnt deserve you. Walk away.

Believe me, I know. Its hard to go through this kind of thing, but someone who has been unfaithful once will do it again. You just have to show him that you arent going to put up with it.
