Nothing but the best wines here, and many many feet work the tender grapes into the finest barrels of wine for both Lycan and human consumption.

Kara padded slowly through the vineyards. Her fur moved gently as the wind caressed her body. She let out a sweet howl that sounded like a siren's song and started to sprint through the maze of vines. She moved gracefully, her paws barely touching the ground, her coat blending in with the ripening grapes waiting for the day they are picked.

He was out of luck for today it seemed. Simply standing there, admiring ripening berries among the vines, he suddenly got knocked over by someone running. The howl apparently hadn't alarmed him enough to watch out for someone in the vicinity. He didn't manage to make much of a coherent sound prior to his fall, except for something of a grunt upon impacting the ground. "And... there I thought I wasn't... in for any adventure..." Tsu mused slowly, raising his head and looking for the one who knocked him over, which could well be next to him, on top of him or already far from him if the person had managed to proceed on the intoxicating rush through the vineyards.

She stops with a gasp and thought to herself, "Did I run into something? I hope I didn't mess anything up!" She turns around with a frantic look in her eyes. Her hair blows in the wind as she runs. She spotted another in the vineyards with her and stopped short in front of him falling on top of him. "Oh I'm so sorry! Please excuse my clumsiness and obliviousness to you..." She looked at him now in her human formed with large innocent eyes.

"Eh...?" He looked up at her somewhat awkwardly, lifting his shades briefly. "A miko...?" He questioned, addressing no one in particular, possibly lead to the assumption by her appearance. Following that though he let out a small laugh. "Oh it's nothing really. I should've payed more attention to what's around me. But that aside, who might you be?..." With a slight pause he also added. "We two might also want to get up, hm?"

"Oh I'm so so sorry! Please excuse me!" She got up quickly her face red from blushing. Breeze lifted her hair behind her making it look like the softest violet silk. She held her hand by her face to keep loose strands from blocking her vision. As the wind settled down she reached down to help him up. "My name is Kara, I'm new to the pack..." She bowed to him in respect. "Please be nice to me!"

He got up following her, brushing his clothing off briefly. Thankfully the soil wasn't particularly moist at the spot where he fell, so the dust was easy to remove. He wouldn't however cease to pay attention to his new acquaintance. "Ah. So you really are new here." He commented with a smile upon hearing her introduction. "Well. That makes us somewhat even. People refer to me as Tsu. I am an observer and guest of Devoncroix." He bowed as well with his right hand placed to the left side of his chest. "Pleased to meet you, Kara." He finished after straightening up from the bow.

"The pleasure is mine." Kara said with a small smiled. She was jittery and nervously shifted from foot to foot not sure of what to do. "So...umm...your a human?" Kara asked while observing the boy. Her eyes watched his every movement intrigued by him. After all he was the first person she met and talked to in her new pack.

"Human?" He laughed slightly at the assumption. "No, not quite. My kinsmen and I choose to appear human though." Tsu kept his shades removed and revealed his eyes. His irises were a dark shade of brown that from a distance seemed to blend together with the pupil that they encompassed, forming a single black. There was a sort of gentility to his eyes though that, paired with the mild features of his face, brought a certain deal of comfort from being in front of him.

Kara was captivated by the boys eyes. She walked closer to him in awe yearning to learn the past his eyes seemed to hold. "Your eyes are so intriguing...they are truly something to be proud of..." Kara smiled at the sight. Tsu seemed like a very intelligent and fascinating boy. "So what are you?" Kara tilted her head to the side, excited about learning more about the mysterious boy.

"My eyes...?" He paused slightly, almost as if he was trying to remember what his own eyes looked like. "Heh. Well, I guess I'm glad they look this way..." It felt slightly awkward to be complimented for any part of what he looked like, but he soon shook off the feeling to answer Kara's question. "Normally we call ourselves Chimerian, but I don't suppose the name is going to tell you that much... We are a race of modular beings who blend in the features of other species by absorbing knowledge from them, or "memory" of the land where said species dwell or used to dwell. Originally Chimerians weren't particularly guided in this process, but certain events have brought the likes of me to being naturally born in human-shaped bodies with certain "shared" features and qualities. A Chimerian can potentially grow into anything eventually though..." He seemed to be getting a somewhat thoughtful look to himself as he spoke on the nature of his race, yet his lips soon curled into an apologetic smile. "My apologies. I hope I haven't gotten too carried away in my explanation? It should be that in a nutshell." Tsu had to admit that it was pleasing for him to answer questions though. It has been a while in the Devoncroix even as a Guest, yet it was the first time a young member of the Empire would express any curiosity towards him. An inquisitive mind was commendable in his eyes.

Kara's mouth opened in wonder. "So you can enjoy the best of all different types of species until you decide to pick one? You are truly blessed with such genes that allow you to see out the eyes of others. What a gift!" Kara clapped her hands excitedly. "I'm so glad we have met. This is such an great experience for me." She nodded cutely.

"Well yes. It's also possible to mix several qualities in a desired proportion creating rather... creative blends. So since we can become a combination of that which isn't supposed to be possible to combine, we are the paragon of what a Chimera would be." He concluded. "I'm quite glad we met as well. If you like, visit my humble resting place in Devoncroix sometime. It's in the West End of Palais Devoncroix. Hard to miss it."

"I'll will make sure my presence is not forgotten." She turned, her long purple hair swaying behind her like a curtain of silk. She threw Tsu a gentle and friendly smile before transforming into her wolf form once more. She padded a few steps away before turning and letting out a cute bark saying farewell. She then took off into the vineyards blending in once more.

The Guest returned Kara's smile as they bid one another farewell. "A curious girl..." He remarked to himself, turning around and beginning to walk through the vineyards on his own. Soon he would end up at the very edge of the place and leave it for a different location in Devoncroix. Observation on his own seemed to have reached its limit and it was time for more active interaction...
