(Though technically hes a Polish/Irish mix, its assumed his donor father was from Poland)
Occupation: Architect/Interior Home Design
Architect/Interior designer, First he does the blueprinting for the homes to be built (A very mathematical and artistic process..though with the tools Riordan has, he really isn't required to do much math at all, and being precise is easy now a days in the 32nd century), and then after their finished being constructed he goes in and decorates them up all nice and fancy like to fit the image in his head. He also has a hand in overseeing installation of some of the more fancy inventions! Though this rarely happens when he's involved with his government issued projects, often times only creating the blueprints before digitally sending the finished work over to whomever officiates the construction of the home.
His personality and skills reflect wonderfully in the homes he designs for the wealthy, and even a little bit in the numerous slum houses he's helped to rebuild for many of Saltaires unlucky poor. While he doesn't mind getting dragged into the governments oh so practical 're-homing' projects from time to time, they don't pay nearly as much as his independent works for the rich do. They also don't allow for any creativity on his part at all.
Tools of the Trade: Naturally Riordan has the most advanced 3D Imaging and Design equipment at his disposal, whether he's doing a private job for a client. Or doing a remodeling and restoration project for the government. Or even designing more of those drab shacky town homes and office structures, rio makes sure he has the tech he needs to get the job done quickly and smoothly.

The ID-Magna - Your basic architectural 3D home design tool. It allows you to make out all speck designs as well as outer and inner working home details, can present it on a flat panel image or in a fully built full color 3D model. (No more building tiny home models any more, muahaha! Its all virtual now)
Inertia Tablet Tool - A drawing tablet the size of a graham cracker, fits comfortably in one's pocket, with an insanely lengthy battery life. The Inertia Tablet requires no pen tool, as the user can design on it with their fingers alone simply by selecting the proper setting. The Inertia is able to be so small because it projects an electro-hologen touch screen, so that the user doesn't even need to touch the thing aside from turning it on and off. The user works solely off of the projected screen.

His wealth:
He originally got his money from mommy. Who married wealthy and was widowed young. How wonderful of daddy to have left them so much in the will. Mr. Halzenburg was rumored to be a smuggler during the war's, not a gun or drug smuggler, but an information smuggler. A con man who played both sides of the field until he was finally won over (coerced at gun point) to play for the 'Motherland Team'. Before he was forced to pick a side however, he made quite a bit of money from his trade, a trade which Royce and his brother did side by side for many years, at least until Royce cut his younger sibling out of the deal and went solo. There's quite a bit of animosity between all of the Halzenburgs, and quite a bit more between them and Riordans small family.
All the money he made was supposedly locked away in silver boxes, separated and buried in several different locations far apart from each other. No box ever being allowed to be brought too close to another box or else the money therein would be fried (literally..box bursting into flames..ooohh sparkly!) And so Mrs. Fitheal, being the clever woman she was, when she found a box she immediately used the money to invest in jewels, or more importantly hid it within Riordan's home. Unknown to many quite a few of the sparkly bits and fancy things in Riordans extravagant home are the cash and jewels left behind by Mr. Halzenburg, the eccentric designer finding interesting ways to stow the money within his own home creations, furniture..Mermaid bath fixtures. Riordan of course mostly funds himself now, and leaves a majority of Mr. Halzenbugs money to his mother and uncle, though occasionally he'll go on his own whim-some spending sprees. Though naturally with the motherland always watching, any exceedingly excessive spending he does is hidden through his line of work, putting down a product as costing more then it truly does, being tricky with taxes and numbers in little places where some might be to lazy to bother double checking as it all tends to look normal.
Religion: Riordan and his Mothers religion is rather mythical goddess based. Or so he claims, a bit like the greeks and the believers of norse mythology. Riordan claims to believe and worship in everything from mermaids to the goddesses of the elements. Statuettes and vases and large art works in his home depict the creatures. Though their mainly a way for him to keep his funds away from the governments greedy long clawed clutches.
Beliefs: Riordan believes that everything, everywhere should always be beautiful and well decorated. If given the chance and a bunch of paint he would go all across saltair and redo it in bright and possibly annoying colors. The man has almost no qualms with the poor, or women, or animals, he's just as willing and eager to help those less fortunate become more fashionable even if it costs him a little bit of money. Really he's rather nonchalant about the way things are and life in general.
Being 'generous' and 'charitable' does not always ensure sweet and kind. Riordan if nothing else will defend himself, and more importantly his family if they're good names are questioned or slandered. He'll also fiercely argue with anyone who negatively critique's his sense of style and taste in fashion, after all he doesn't walk into their homes and their closets and critique how they look does he! Ah..well maybe he does, but still that's only because he knows best is all.
Hobbie: GOSSIP! - On top of it all Rio is a gossip collector, he absolutely adores interesting news or scandals, and will sometimes give out specific free home model upgrades to whomever can give him the juiciest bits of info.
Personality: Passionate, eccentric, flamboyant, loud, talkative. Scatter brained, a bit ditzy, he easily becomes sidetracked and will often go off on random tangents while having conversations with people. Riordan is a regular little chatterbox if you'll let him be, and even if there is no one to talk to he can still strike up quite a conversation with himself..or whatever else is in the room 'not' listening to him. Riordan also has a obsession passion for fashion, all of his outfits tailor made to suit his unique color loving style. His home and the inventions and decor he's filled it with is also another extension of his broad peppy personality. Aside from his flair for fashion and all things colorful, rio' also has an adept sense of taste and elegance about him (not that his wardrobe would show of course). Not absolutely everything he does is 'rainbow puke'. He mainly shows off this talent of his when it comes to his job. Enjoying being able to put his creativity to the test and please a broad spectrum of would be clients, as well as certain government investors. His homes are known for being extravagant and well decked with the tech, from window's to floors, to the simplest fixtures. Riordan delivers top quality product, so long as you can pay at least...
Riordan, is not a morning person and can absolutely not wake up without either something high in sugar or caffeine. He also hates most every day he's in Saltaire (really the man hates all dreary weather, anything that involves dark gloomy or bitter) but finds ways to brighten his own mood via how he dresses or maybe by shutting himself into his study and working on some new designs? Riordan though he loves clothing, does not have the first clue on how to make his own outfits. Its actually a wonder the man can even tie his shoe's without some sort of technological aid (because basically, from age 13 on, he was treated as a spoiled princely brat by mummy). When he's not in the mood to 'do' things, he becomes lazy, and often times is viewed as a bit of a shut in. Though the man is perfectly willing to chat away about every single intricate detail of his personal life (So long as it's not anything too personal, hes ditzy..not dumb..).
Riordan also has a sharp tongue, and his mind is a bit like a sieve when it comes to not saying hurtful things. He'll be rude and sarcastic as he pleases, in a most pleasant manner of course. Will happily criticize where criticism is unwanted, and stick his nose into any interesting business he comes across.

Except, more color of course, though the hair style is nice.
Riordan is pale in complexion, has bright red hair, though he often streaks it with other contrasting colors. While the front of his hair is quite odd in lengths the hair in the back is very long and thick, which leaves him with the ability to do a wide range of hairstyles depending on his mood. Braids, ponytails, beads, ribbons..etc.
In addition to having rather crazy hair, his eyes are also a tad bit..spastic. Truthfully their not even his own eyes, as when he turned 21 he had his original eyes -which were a hazel color- removed and exchanged for a pair of gray-blue eyes (which were likely pawned off of some unfortunate dead soul). Still as time went on even that was not enough for the man, and so he invested in some spectacular contacts with which he could digitally set the colors on, even create new unreal eye colors with. As well as set up a menu of colors for them to scroll through at timed intervals.
His wardrobe is as extravagant a the rest of his appearance, featuring an array of mood coats and other seasonal garb, which he often cleans through and has 're-made' every six months when the new fashions come out.

Extra Info Bits: Riordan abstains from most all vices, though he's hardly a god fearing squeaky clean man. He doesn't, drink, smoke, inhale, or buzz on anything, and very rarely entertains guests of a more personal nature. As it is really, really rather hard to find someone who suit's Riordan 'type' profiling, other of course then a few automaton's, and really there's nothing fun about getting it on with a robot; no matter how real it looks and feels. There is one thing the man does indulge in from time to time, and really only when his creative juices are running on complete empty. That thing is PSYCHE, a neural enhancer that is fed via a thin tube line directly into the users brain. -Beneath all his hair the little circle of skull he had removed and covered with a tiny metal receptor for the line is visible. If you shaved him down you could find it.-
Psyche does more then make pretty colors dance across your eyelids, it speeds up ones thought process and allows the user to delve deeply into their subconscious, almost like going into a trance via medical induction. The use of this drug is part of his reason for being so successful in his career as an architect and an interior designator. As well as being a big part of why he seems so..non-chalant..ditzy..spacy..'Woo-woo-woooo...' Other then making him seem a bit slow and spazzy it doesn't really have many side effects, though there are cases of user's becoming suicidal when withdrawn from the drug, as it makes thinking much much more fun.

Family
Mother: Sheabell Fítheal - A 48yr old, wealthy, single mother who's just as eccentric as her son, if not a bit more so. A buxom, botoxed beauty, with bright red hair and a sultry accent. She swears that her body is all natural, though her son will tell you at least 30% of her 'Naturalness' is science made. The woman is a pathological liar with a bad drinking habit, and if she's not at her son's or her brothers home then she's probably out with her newest 'Man'. Though the woman tends to go through men like children go through candy, and so Riordan never has to worry about going too long without having her about his house.
Note's: Sheabell -used-(cough still does) to work as a call girl, not a Concierge. Riordan's not so naive that he doesn't realize this, he just likes painting his mother in a better light is all, cause he lufs her. She is also for the most part 'Sterile' when it comes to children having, and only had Riordan as part of a breeding program, as she was required because of her lower class status to have at least one offspring.
Also - Ríordán's mother -much to his dismay- is a heavy user of 'Clear', a drug taken through the eyes -much like one would take eyedrops- that enhances ones senses ten fold, sight, touch taste, smell, pleasure, and sends the user on quite a high trip minus all those unpleasant side effects 'like death'. Its also impossible to overdose on clear, doubling dose will not double the effects, though it does tend to be a very addictive drug. Its often known as an orgy drug, though can also be used alone in ones own home. A dose of clear usually sustains effects for about three hours before another dose needs to be taken. The one damaging effect the drug does have tends to be on the eyes. It is called 'Clear' not only because it is a clear liquid, but also because of the fact that it destroys the color of a persons iris -like putting bleach on your clothes- and makes the person appear to be blind, or have colorless eyes. After substantial use one would eventually have to have their eyes replaced, or cut themselves off of the substance until natural healing could occur. Less the risk going completely blind.
Uncle: Munach Fítheal - Sheabell's older brother, and Riordans gruff uncle. The man is an old fat war dog who's up in his 50's, and who seems far more German then Irish, (though he surely drink's like he's Irish) this may be because Shea and Mun have different mothers, but shared a father. The man is in most way's a complete opposite from Shea, and spends most of his time not in Saltaire, but out in cuba where he keeps his main home. He has quite a few friends out there, and loves being in familiar territory.
Note: Munach, when not busy playing errand boy for the government, or fighting in wars, played as sheabells 'pimp' when the woman needed someone big and tough looking. The mans presence in her life was much of the reason she was able to keep as much of what she made. After all no one wants to mess with a government official, and if her customers thought she had someone she needed to pay off to they tended to tip her better. For all his flab now he used to be pretty fierce back in his day. Aww what a good big brother right?
Others: The Halzenburgs - The family his mother got rich off. Royce Halzenburg was his mothers 1st husband, though not Riordan's father. The man was wealthy, respected, and up in his late 70's when he died, Riordan never had the pleasure of meeting him, but he imagines that he wouldn't have liked the man. Royce's younger brother (Whom had 2 daughters and a son) Had expected to inherit everything. Of course what he hadn't expected was his older brothers hatred, and was quite shocked to find that he and his family had been cut out of the will.
Extra Note: His family is small and a bit messed up, but maybe that's why he loves them so much? After all one has to keep a good hold of what they have when they have is so little.
Riordan would go to any lengths to make sure his Mother and Uncle were well taken care of and happy. Even when it means letting them stay with him from time to time, which really is more of a hassle then it sounds.
History
Done 'Interview' Style
Interviewer: "So Mr.Ríordán is it? How about, to start this off we all hear a little bit of your past, lets say..before the war? Your childhood maybe."
Ríordán: "About me hmnn..Well lets see..I of course was born like all 'normal' children should be. A wonderfully perfect test tube baby! You see my mother always wanted to have something that would carry on her image, because she's absolutely gorgeous you know? And natural childbirth is just so..eww, and she knew I'd be the type of child who would never want to put his mother through nine months of waiting. Also those rather unsightly tummy wrinkles. No no no, I love my mother far to much to have put her through that sort of thing." he nodded with a charming grin. "So she picked a donor and had me made, I can only imagine that the man was good looking, as my mother is rather picky about such things. Really though one could say that I don't have a father, just a mother."
Interviewer: "Oh, well then she didn't raise you alone did she?"
Ríordán: "Well of course not! There was my uncle, the man was always around, at least before the war got heavy. He did quite a bit of raising, always watched me when mother was out..And then there was boyfriend E, and F, they stayed around quite a bit longer then most of the others..Ah and the quiet gardener, wonderful influence he was. I imagine I can thank him for my impeccable 'taste'. Really though there were always men coming and going, but my mother and uncle did the main 'raising' of me." he answers proudly.
Interviewer: "I see..but what about Royce Halzenburg? Or did you never consider him a 'father figure'."
Ríordán: "Who? I'm sorry, but I've never met the man"
Interviewer: "Ah, but that's impossible, after all your mother did marry him didn't she!"
Ríordán: Laughs at the look on the poor mans face "Well of course she did! But I never once met the man..well not until his funeral, and let me tell you there wasn't much to see of that. I was about twelve when it all happened, my mother said that she'd met someone absolutely wonderful, but didn't want to come off looking as some gold digging floozy dragging a child about. So she left me with my uncle and he took me off to cuba, while mother went away to 'woo' whoever this man was." he sighed softly, giving the man a small shrug "Let me tell you though I learned quite a lot in cuba, was rather glad for my three years there yes I was. Though the experience totally turned me off to drinking, ech wouldn't touch the stuff with a ten foot poll now."
Interviewer: "Three years alone with your uncle, and then what!?"
Ríordán: "Well, then the man my mother married died...One day after not a thing for three years me and uncle get a call from mother, I'm immediately flown back home to attend the mans funeral, our outfits were simply stunning by the way. Anyways that was the first time I ever met any of the Halzenburgs, I believe Royce's younger brother and his children were there..my ah..step uncle and step cousins? I never did get to learn the mans name, and by the looks of him he absolutely despised me and mother. It's entirely understandable though, finding he was cut from all the fund's, not a penny or a pebble left to that poor man. After the funeral he vanished and we never saw him again, we did keep in contact with my cousins though, offered them some of the estate. All of those little things we didn't want, keepsakes memento's, ugly famous paintings. I swear Royce had no taste in art at all, or decor for that matter...Aside from the mans funeral though it was a rather pleasant home coming, and a wonderful surprise for me to find that me and my mother were now quite wealthy!"
Interviewer: "Ah, well that's..good to know. How about more on your mother and uncle? What they did for a living, how there doing now? Things like that."
Ríordán: "Mother used to be a Concierge, at least that's what she told me, though I often wonder if she made her money in other ways. I would never be one to question her integrity though, no sir not me. As of right now mother is doing fabulous, beautiful as ever, young as ever. She could tell you she was twenty years old and I bet you'd believe it! Though she is between men at the moment I'm sure she'll bounce back soon, honestly I think once she gets off her medicine everything will be right as rain."
Interviewer: "Your mother is on medication? What kind exactly, she doesn't seem like a woman who has any illnesses."
Riordan: "Pfft..well sir if you consider Coke and Rum, or a Jin and Tonic 'medicine'. I tell her its not, but she swears by the stuff, says that it can cure whatever ails you and even stave's off death. Really the only illness she has is a soft heart that is far too easily broken. She's staying with uncle at the moment or else you'd see her here, really someone has to be looking after her when she's in these inbetween times."
Interviewer: "O-oh, well then, I hope she recovers soon..ah and your uncle?"
Riordan: "Mnn, the man is a fat old war dog, with more scars then story's and more hair on his body then his head. Any money he made he made it by playing the governments perfect pet soldier. Which is truly funny because I simply cannot imagine the man wearing a leash and collar ensemble."
Interviewer: "Ermnn..yes well how about the war, your old enough that you must have been a part of it?"
Riordan: "What mee!? Why heavens no, can you imagine me with a gun, or any weapon of the sort, no no no. Though I was drafted into it when the time came that I was old enough to be so..Again it was my wonderful mother who saved me. She cozened up to one of the generals, and the next thing you know my name's vanished from the list. They had a bit of a fling actually, dated for a while..It was really too bad when they had him strung up, as I rather liked him. That's what one gets though when one try's to cheat, the man had a black list on him a mile long, extortion, black mail, secretary harassment, taking the last cup of coffee and not refilling the mix. Tsk..was a true shame."
Interviewer: "Yes..yes certainly a shame, ahh oh! Oh how about your work right now? I heard you just finished another project"
Riordan: "Yes actually I just finished this most glorious winter home up in the mountains, the draw up's for it were magnificent, but the decor. Its to die for! I'd say the main attraction is the living room, the man I made it for was quite surprised to see that I'd put in a natural fireplace. With electric or wood burning options of course, and all the nuance creature comforts that all should have. The fireplace was made to prepare a number of 'winter festive' dishes for its owner, roasted marshmallows, kettle corn, fire grilled white fish with lemon and parsley. It even play's all those wonderful little Christmas diddy's, and of course when that time of year comes around it self decorates. Really who wants to go through the pain of putting out lights and stalkings all around the chimney when it can do it itself.."
Interviewer: "Now that is a pleasant sounding home! I must say Mr. Riordan its been a-a very interesting interview...Very nice to meet someone with as much, erm flair as yourself."
Riordan: "Yes and I'm very welcome to have done it, now if you'll excuse me I do have other business to attend to, and I'm afraid your holding up my vid line"
Interviewer:"Oh-oh yes yes of cour----bliiip----" poor mr. interviewer gets cut off.
Riordan: "Journalists...ahh..I need a bath now.."
Chronological Time Line
(Soo stealing this idea from Tsukiora! Shes brilliant!)
Riordan was Born May 9th 2986 in Shal'bach Labs Breeding and Procreation facility. Mommy took him home to her 1bed flat that she shared with 5 others a week later.
Riordan was sent off to live with his uncle in Cuba during an lull in the war on June 8th 2995, 9 years later.
He returned to his mother, and to Saltaire after a 3yr period, and it was then at the age of 12 that he was finally put into schooling, his placed career was 'Building Designer'.
He finished his schooling in 3005, and would have been placed within the governments military had his name not mysteriously vanished off the listing.
Afterwords he was immediately inserted into the working world, and has been there ever since.
It is now 3112 and he has been living semi-happily in Saltaire ever since.

Froggeh of mah heart!!Though technically its a toad. Notaden nichollsi  Frogy Facts:The Desert Spadefoot Toad (Notaden nichollsi) is a species of frog in the Limnodynastidae family. It is endemic to Australia. Found in open country with sparse vegetation on impervious or clay soils. Spends most of its time under ground and only comes to the surface to feed and breed after heavy rains, but has been found out and about under dry conditions also. It has been found buried up to 1m underground. Breeds after heavy rain in desert claypans that become filled with water. The frogs have hard bony bumps on the back of their spade shaped feet, that allow them to dig themselves backwards underground. The body is an olive-grey to brown with a number of yellow and red warts arranged in rough rows. The belly is pale, the limbs are short and the fingers are not webbed. The toes are only slightly webbed. It is difficult to see the tympanum (ear) on this species. Not known to concentrate or exist in discrete locations. (e.g. the number of sites in which individuals group together either seasonally. Such as breeding sites, or they may occupy discrete habitat patches within the broader landscape. Such as discrete water bodies or drainage units. Beneath perodial lake beds, or underneath ponds.) Certain species of Notaden nichollsi secret a mild irritating poison from their skin when handled. While others secrete a glue type substance on their hind legs, the purpose of the glue is not truly known, suspected to be for catching prey or clinging to females during mating. This natural glue is also a stronger bonding agent then most 'man made' glues and many studies are being done on how to reproduce it for ourselves. The frogs call is a Woop, kind of noise. Name: Urchin Personality: Quiet and stern with a cute round face, does not enjoy speaking, but when he does he's always loud about it. Has a wild streak and tends to be over curious, as well as rather oblivious to certain dangers and social behaviors. Also plays rough and messily with others, mayhaps needs to learn some manners? As well as to stop tracking sand into the home.. Genotype: xy* Possible Frogy Traits- Will like more arid, enclosed, or dark spaces. - Will enjoy thick fabric's and heavy pillow's beds..etc.. - Will tend to be clingy, yet hate being snuggled or cuddled. - Will enjoy playing in the sand box more then in the kiddy pool. - Will possibly end up hating winter cold, but loving the snow. - Wont be a very good swimmer. Wealth: Your explanation of wealth was very, very vague. You really need to say how Daddy earned his money and kept it from being seized. Also, off-shore = electronic = MOTHERHEN IS WATCHING. Read the info given, riches must be cleverly hidden, primarily in 'heirlooms' because of superstitious government peoples.
Beliefs: Sounds a bit cliche. He really has no problem with anyone? Does such a human really exist? If so, I want to meet him and marry him.
Personality: "Info Bits" needs to be a full fledged personality description. wink

Overall the character needs some tweaking so I'll leave you with that for now and crit more on the family and history once the character has been cleared. ^_^

OMGOMGOMGOMG CHRISTIAN SIRIANO I LOVE YOU <33 err yeah. besides my hyperventilation problem when it comes to christian, i'm here to critique! Okay, I'm going to start with what I like. I love how he's a home/interior designer -- it's very unique and creative and makes sense. I LOVE PSYCHE. Personally, I love most of this profile -- Riordan is just sooo cute ~ Quote: Being 'generous' and 'charitable' does not always ensure sweet and kind. Riordan if nothing else has a sharp tongue, and his mind is a bit like a sieve when it comes to not saying hurtful things. He'll be rude and sarcastic as he pleases, in a most pleasant manner of course. Will happily criticize where criticism is unwanted, and stick his nose into any interesting business he comes across. He is ready to pick an argument with anyone who dares question his mannerism's or taste in styles as well, and on top of it all Rio is a gossip collector, he absolutely adores interesting news or scandals, and will sometimes give out specific free home model upgrades to whomever can give him the juiciest bits of info. Okay, for beliefs -- I don't think that paragraph really belongs there, unless it is that he believes in having a sharp tongue, or believes in sharp criticism. ... Okay. Eeee! I know! I LOVE HIM TOO! -dies- -cough- Ehemn..yes..yess..
Architect/Interior designer, First he does the blueprinting for the homes to be built (A very mathmatical artistic process..though with the tools Riordan has, he really isnt required to do much math at all, and being precise is easy now a days in the 32nd century), and then after their finished being constructed he goes in and decorates them up all nice and fancy like to fit the image in his head. He also has a hand in overseeing installation of some of the more fancy inventions!

Annnddd..some final fun updates made! Yus.
A question for those who critique..-lil,dju,king- I know gold is the main staple money form in Saltaire, but what about other precious gems and metals? Rubys and diamonds for example..emeralds...things like that?
Also, should one keep money in coin form and just hide it all about the home in little pockets or in ditches..Or could it also be practical to hide the money in plain sight? In light fixtures, or mermaid scales, or in statue eyes..little things like that, that could be easily taken out used and then replaced without being notice? I guess I'm trying to be more clever with the hiding then just stuffing it into random places..More like trying to make Riordan's wealth a part of his home, by disguising the money as other things, painting over it, etc?

Yep yep, those are there~ But watch out for scammers since they'll be easier methods of replicating jewels in the future. ;D
The best way to hide gold is to make statues or other things that can be considered religious or a family heirloom. If MOTHERLAND suspects you, they have equipment to search you. P:
Anyway, I LOVE the detail you put into this and it's really turned out great! Much~ better than when you started, which shows persistence and awesomeness. Approved! *tosses confetti*
