"Well, looks like this is the place," she said, checking the coordinates on the GPS just to be sure. "Noir, you picking anything up on radar?" She gazed down into the valley from the ridge on which they'd stopped.
The Helcat Noir growled in a negative response, wriggling and stretching it's body much like a real cat. It's tail waved back and forth as the Zoid returned to a neutral stance, small stones crumbling beneath its feet.
"Well, I guess we'll just wait around here then," Rua decided, opening the cockpit so she could enjoy the fresh air. Tucking her arms behind her head. she leaned back in her seat and closed her eyes to relax and await the next transmission from her client.

A small blip appeared on the radar as a zoid slowly came into the radar's range. A telecommunications window opened to see the inside of a cockpit, and the silhouette of a tall person, "Yeah, I'm late, but I jus' got the latest facts. Our target's got another one o' youse to keep us from the cargo."
It was a male voice, and had a coarse sound to it, "Like I said, you don't even need to take it. Just stall that other guy 'till my boys get that cargo." The shadowy figure hit a button and a map turned up in the display, with a dotted red line through it. "This is how they'se getting there. Yer ta' intercept them before they make it back to the warehouse."
"Remember, look inside, and you don't get a credit, Capisce?"

The blue painted Command Wolf stood atop a cliff as the cockpit shield let out a burst of smoke from releasing the pressure built up as it opened. Kajou Inoue let out a long stretch and took in a deep breath of the surrounding area as he pressed a button inside of the Zoid which activated it's scanning unit.
"Hm.. This is the area which the client stated he'd contact me. Now we just wait." He sighed and crossed his arms and closed the cockpit once more and locked it in place. He took out a magazine from beside his chair and opened it up to page 5, reading about the new weaponry available for the command wolfs.
"Sure would be nice to get one of these.. Wouldn't you like that?" He let out a slight laugh and shook his head. Of course the Zoid wouldn't respond to him. Ever since he had this machine it was loss after loss without any input from the machine like others he had before. Maybe they were just because of the academy? Such questions rushed through his head before he returned his head towards the mission and awaited his contact.

"Yeah, yeah. I got it." Rua then closed one eye in a lazy imitation of a wink as she continued, "This thing must be pretty sordid if you don't want me looking at it." The corners of her mouth twitched as the man on the opposite end of the communication squawked indignantly.
"Jes' take care of your end of the deal and don't worry about the cargo!" The display closed as the new rendezvous coordinates arrived in the map system. "Lousy kids," he muttered, including a string of unprintable statements that young people probably shouldn't know about.
"I can still hear you," she drawled. "My, my, what a potty mouth you have. Look, just make sure your boys are in place and don't worry about me. I'll do my part and we can all go home happy." She switched ended the transmission from her end before the man could respond, and set off to intercept the cargo transport.
