I don't know.... well I'd say Naruto but that's because I kind of dislike Sasuke but going on strength and amount of chakra they can use I would still say Naruto since he can use both his own chakra and that of the Nine tailed fox while Sasuke can only use his own. Yet if they were to get into a fight Sasuke would have a better advantage since he has the sharingan but then Naruto still has more strength than him but we still have to put in account the curse mark that sasuke has so it's kind of debateable who is strongest out of the two so I'm kind of undecided.
