I hate job hunting because you put out all that effort only to get disappointment.

I once put in 13 job applications and didn't even get an interview. I wouldn't have minded as much if the people they did hire were better than me.

I went into one of the places (at the time I went into that gas station at least twice a week between gas and cigarettes; so new employees stuck out like a sore thumb) guess what the new employee was a complete moron who barely speaks enough English to figure out that I would like to pay for my gas before I pump it.

Maybe I need to start dumbing myself down. They seem to have a problem with hiring people with an IQ above 80. I'll spell a few words wrong and not use any words with more than 4 syllables next time I fill out an application.

One of my volunteer applications called me while I was having a dream I was in Star Fleet to tell me that my e-mail was wrong or something. He put two Es in it, (which I did not) and that was really annoying.

Yes. Yes they do. Just now my job consists of taking care of my cousin's kids while she goes to school. Yes, I'm a glorified babysitter. There are no jobs in Michigan. The state should be paying me for this. Apparently the Department of Human Services is staffed with idiots though because I've been doing this for months now and they haven't sent me a penny. Every time I think I've jumped through all of theier hoops, something else goes wrong. At one point, after having mailed me several forms and such, I didn't get the info I was supposed to for over a month because they were sending it to an non-existent address. What? Did they forget it or something.
I can't live off of the $50 a week my cousin can provide.
