Does anyone have a good recipe or know where to look for one on an Indian version of Pai Thai? Im teaching/supervising a session of my International Cooking Club and the theme this week is Indian. I ask because one of my friends would like a Pai Thai and i've looked everywhere but I cant find an Indian version of it.
If anyone could help out ASAP that would be awesome.
