Personality: Taint isn't exactly the type of girl people would describe as a 'social butterfly.' She tends to avoid much social contact with people, often being described as an 'all business' type of person. She tends to have a rather bitter and negative outlook, though she can often be the voice of reason in many situations. She's quite intelligent for someone so young, though people often ignore it, saying that all she has is street smarts. Taint also has a rather short fuse, tending to blow up at the slightest provocation. She's rather loud, and tends to be a complainer. However, get her into a battle and you'll see a different side of Taint all together. She's almost ruthless, though it is probably more reckless than anything else. Taint is the type of girl that will fight until either she or her opponent can no longer stand, but she isn't entirely violent. When provoked, she mostly just yells a lot, her rather rough voice tending to hurt people's ears.

Biography: Taint was born into the 79th District of South Rukongai, the result of a one night fling her whore of a mother had with some man from a higher district. Taint never even had a name, she was just' the girl.' Her mother would always complain that the little girl's presence would 'taint' her 'business.' The woman would bring home a different guy every night, and as a little girl, Taint would often wonder which of them was her father. One night, she made the mistake of asking her mother, and earned herself a smack across the face that sent her sprawling. Terrified and feeling hot tears of embarrassment swimming in her eyes, Taint fled from the house, stones digging bleeding, stinging cuts into her feet. After running for quite some time, she stopped, unable to run anymore.
The exhausted girl sat upon the ground, lifting her foot to look at the bleeding surface. As her brow wrinkled, she jumped at a sudden voice."That looks painful." it said, Taint thought she recognized sympathy, but still looked up in distrust. Her brown eyes met those of a boy not much older than she was, with a kind smile on his face. "Want some help?" he inquired, smiling mournfully as if he really wanted to help her. When her nose wrinkled with suspicion, he drew some bangages from his pocket and held them out to her, smiling ruefully. "At least take these and help yourself then. . ." he said. When she hesitantly took them from him, he watched her for a moment, then spoke up once more. "I'm Tohru. What's your name?" he asked. The girl blinked at him, her brow furrowing. "My name?" she repeated dumbly, then said despondently: "Taint."
He gave a light chuckle, then stated that it was nice to meet her. After she managed to wrap her still-bleeding feet, he helped her up. Taint didn't know it at the time, but this relationship with Tohru would blossom into something much much more.
After a while, Taint and Tohru found a small shack in the 78th District, just on the edge. They lived in peace for a long period of time, stealing food and sharing it with each other. But, in the lower Districts, housing isn't easy to come by. One day, older children tried to break in while Tohru was away, and Taint was watching the house. Infuriated, Taint tried to fight them off, managing to beat them back out of their home. But, angry now, Taint kept on going, wanting to make the message clear- No one was to mess with this house. But, the little pack decided to overwhelm her with numbers, the four of them surrounding her and attacking her, beginning to yank her every which way.
Just when Taint thought she was going to die, an absolutely pissed off Tohru showed up. Suddenly, one of the kids was kicked in the side of the head, sprawling sideways several feet. The others quickly spotted their attacker, and left Taint to attack Tohru. He fended them off alright, being pushed back further and further. "Tohru! The river!" Taint shrilled, but her warning came too late. The boy she'd come to love fell backwards into the current and was swept away, leaving a trail of red blood. A new fury burned through Taint's veins, and she attacked one of the kids, tackling him to the ground. She began to punch him repeatedly, until he started to scream in pain. When one of his buddies moved to pull her off, she turned on him, her nails scratching at his eyes. As he joined the caterwaul, the other two caught the hint and dragged them away, taking off.
After they were gone, Taint wrapped her arms around herself, dropping to her knees as dry sobs shook her thin frame. "Tohru." she mumbled. "You wanted to become a Shinigami . . . I'll do it for you. So . . . s**t like this won't happen anymore." she resolved, wiping at her face and standing, to go join the ranks of the people her Tohru had so greatly admired.
Zanpakuto Information
Sealed: Chinamagusai no Yuki has a blade of pure white, but the tip and the blade, to about halfway down, is a dull gray, as if it has been bloodied many times. The hilt is wrapped in blood-red cloth, and a black ribbon hangs down from the end.
Shikai: In Shikai, Chinamagusai no Yuki forms two small, ring-shaped blades with the blade on the outer edge. The rings have diameters of about six inches each, and act as an extension of Taint's hands.
Shikai Abilities:
--Chiga Demasu no Hana [Bleeding Flower] :: After chanting this phrase, the the wielder holds Chinamagusai no Yuki in front of her so that the blades of each ring are vertical, then rotates them nine times - diagonal, horizontal, vertical, diagonal, vertical, diagonal, horizontal, diagonal, and finally back to the original vertical position. Two blood-colored, flower shaped symbols appear, and then fire towards the opponent. They begin to spin at an alarming speed, and slice into the opponent. The more blood spilled, the stronger the attack.
--Yukinadare [Snowstorm] :: The blades of Chinamagusai no Yuki's rings are swung in an arcing motion, and as they are, gray clouds cover the skies. Then, as the blades drop to the ground, snow begins to rage from the clouds, creating an area of near sightlessness for a radius of five miles.
Bankai: "Bankai... Kirei na Tenshi, Chinamagusai no Yuki!" A twin-bladed scythe appears in her hand, and snow white wings now sprout from the weilder's back. However, there is something off about them. The tips of the feathers are a deep red, like the color of dried blood. The small hand-blades are now a large scythe, the blade of which is as big as Taint is herself.
Bankai Abilities:
--Shikai abilities are enhanced.
--Chimanako ni Natte [Bloodshot] :: This attack has never actually been seen. Taint notes that she has used it once, and it is extremely deadly. She states that the wielder also loses something when using this attack, as the opponent loses their life.
Bankai Weakness:
Chinamagusai no Yuki's bloodthirsty intentions are more prominent in Bankai, Taint has a bit of trouble controlling herself while in Bankai and often runs out of power quite quickly.
