I HATE it when people bash the cross; it's a holy symbol. I don't bash Budda (spelled right, I hope), or any of your symbols, "gods", etc.

In a way it's a good thing when someone bashes it, it gives people a chance to stand up for what they believe in.

Jesus stole the Romans symbol of Death ((The Cross)) right from them and made it holly, he made it a symbol of Hope and though it was the most unholy thing of his time, it is now among the most holly of items.

I'm pentecostal as well, and the cross reminds me of the ultimate sacrifice Jesus did for us. Idk what exactly you mean by "We dont believe in crosses" but I believe in the cross.
Edit - Unless you mean of course, carrying a rosary or something with me when I go out, which I dont do sweatdrop

Im Penticostal, We dont believe in crosses >> There's a Time to Laugh "Ephesians 2: 8-9" If you're religion goes against the cross then you obviously weren't raised christian. It's still not right to bash the cross. It's what someone believes in, so why would you be rude and down talk their beliefs?
So you don't believe in the ultimate sacrifice Jesus did for you and I on the cross? Jesus died on THE CROSS to pay the penalty for our sins. If you don't believe in the cross then you must not believe in Jesus.
If you meant that in a different way, then specify please. And a Time to Cry "Romans 5: 3-5"

Personally, though, bashing the cross isn't much of a big deal. It's signifigant in the story line of our salvation, but it's just an object, and it really didn't play a big role at all. It bothers me more when people bash our actual Savior, Jesus. The cross is certainly not as important as He is.

I don't bash the cross, I just don't see the point of wearing it every where on necklaces, shirts, bumper stickers, on buildings, etc. It has become way too commercialized. There is nothing holy about a chunk of wood. Yes, it where Jesus died, but you know what a lot of other people were crucified on a cross too. Christ could have died in some many other places, would those be holy too if He died in say an electric chair?
