This is an area within the Sunagakure that is in need of fixing up, it is a mess of alley's and housing, with not real pattern to them and shops/stand almost randomly placed throughout the area. Constant amounts of mediocre crime has been taking place, however most of it prevented, almost everything else solved. this area should be avoided at night due to some tougher people like to cause a little bit of trouble.
