This is a thread for stories, quotes, ideas, lectures, etc that you find inspirational. They can be written by yourself or can come from others. Either way, maybe they'll inspire someone.

From my friend's journal. I found it out it was meant to be logical, but I still think it's inspirational. Just Because It's Tuesday The most romantic story I've ever heard before is a guy gave his girlfriend flowers just because it was Tuesday. And I started thinking about the stuff people do for me all the time, without me ever being able to tell them how grateful I am. For example, a friend giving me a dollar at school. Sure, okay, I paid her back, but still. She gave me a sugar dosage when I was in need. lol. And I said thanks, but how can I show her how thankful I really am? I can't. We throw around words so often now that "I'm sorry" and "Thank you" have lost their importance and impact. So I wanted everyone to know that when I say "Thank you" what I'm really saying is "I'm glad I have you in my life, and you're an awesome friend." And when I say "I'm sorry" I'm really saying "You didn't deserve that. Forgive me?" So the next time someone "gives you flowers just because it's Tuesday", think about what you really want to say to them.

This one is mine. Originally from my journal... I'm not sure it's really... inspiring. sort of stuck up actually...
Being Brave What is being brave? It is not the lack of fear. No, nor is it facing that fear, I don't believe. It's living with that fear. Handling it. Controlling it. Admitting you have it. Using it to your advantage. It's also staying true to yourself, knowing what you believe and showing it to the world. It's having a voice. I have a fear of crowds. I know it. And when I preform my knees will tremble, my words are scrambled, but my mind is not blank, and even if it takes me 5 min to your 1 to get my point across, I'm going to get it across stronger and better than you, because I'm brave and I have a voice bigger than anyone can believe. I will not sit silently and watch the decision be made for me. I will not wait for the verdict to come to me. I'm going to make the verdict, dictate it, control it. I am brave. Are you?
