Mine:
As part of my New Year's resolution, I decided to make one new habit every month. January's good habit is doing T'ai Chi once a day -- short form or full form, either one, as long as I do it at least once.
It takes twenty-one days to build a habit, and I started January 3rd. I'm seventeen days in! biggrin I've gotten a lot better about getting on my own case about it. There are a few other things I really should be doing daily, but at the very least, I'm getting this one done.
