I personally think we should have a seperate forum for critique and art. Sometimes people want crit on a specific peice rather than their entire gallery that they post.

I also think, since this is a manga guild - we should have manga specific "drills". More about the actual technical of making a manga.... i mean, drills focusing on specific (anatomy, backgrounds etc) is good but - I dunno, more of the technical, like layout pages and the such. Character design. Story design. Etc etc. I was participating in the drills for a while but stopped as my issue wasn't with the drawing individual parts so much as sticking them all together that killed me. ><

Perhaps, another suggestion to make it more interactive would be to have a guild wide "comic" - like one person does one page and the next person does another, sticking to one story line - that way it's a running way to keep the guild alive.

I personally love color so I would -love- to see some things on color as well whee

Also, if you need me to help design anything I'll work on it.

Aaaand, lastly....
this is just a me thing and I don't know how a guild works but.... I don't like donating to someone with a personal account. I mean, you may be one of the most honest people out there - but I would feel more comfy if we could donate to the mule account. I mean, I want to make sure my donation is going to the guild. Not that this has happened in this guild sweatdrop But it did happen in a guild I was a part of before. The owner got rich off the people's donations and then just left the guild and took the money with him. So, I'm gunshy about donating to something other than a guild mule.

Oh, and I was thinking maybe we could do some sort of raffle every month.

Also, as for the drills on paneling and stuff. I don't know how well those would go into the weekly things, but I was thinking about making tutorials that have practices you can do for things like that.
