This building serves as home to those who take part in the government of Konoha. Here rests the council, as well as an office for the Hokage to use while attending council meetings. The three round, red buildings rest beneath the Hokage monument. The buildings are surrounded by what most would describe as being a small wall, with a large opening in the center that serves as the entrance way.
