Welcome to the Annual NFL Guild Pick of the Week 2009. We will be selecting the winners from 5 NFL games. After you have selected the winning team your choice is final. You must post the teams you are selecting here. Do not PM me your choices. If you don't post here who you are selecting I won't know. Once you have posted you choices here I will add your name to the list of people participating in the event. Remember that this guild event is free. We will keep a record of your wins and the person with the most wins or perhaps win percentage not only gets the bragging rights, and 5000 gold.

The NFL Guild Pick of the Week will be closed 30 minutes before kickoff of the first game.

N.Y. Jets vs. Indianapolis- For the Jets to win this one, they need to win the time of possesion battle with a successful run game, and their Defense needs to hold Manning and the Colts offense to under 20 points. I don't see that happening for Peyton, who while playing has been undefeated this season.
WINNER- INDIANAPOLIS COLTS

Minnesota vs. New Orleans- This should be a high scoring offensive game. The Saints D needs to step it up and create turnovers if they want to hang in this one. The Saints offensive line also needs to prevent the Vikings D line from getting pressure to Drew Brees. Both of which I think are quite possible.
