A possible revision of an old thread of mine that died off... I would love to hear feedback.
Where's My Fallen Angel?
Story
During what seemed to be a normal meteor shower that people throughout the United States witnessed, people watching quickly discovered it was not what it seemed. Meteors where actually crashing down on Earth, not burning up in the atmosphere like usual. The crashes woke many people and caused a great commotion.
Some fell in the city and ruined a couple buildings in the process while few "meteors" that crashed were away from highly populated areas. These were the lucky ones, it was easy to escape and attempt contact with others like them, while staying away from prying human eyes. Those who crashed in the city would sometimes be lucky and meet humans who helped them. Others were not so lucky and were taken hostage by the government. Which side are you on? The helping? Or the destroying side?
Setting
Set in modern day, the meteor shower has affected our landlines and satellites worldwide, however the extent of the affects of the shower are not fully grasped until further into the rp. The scientists are of course the first to know of this development. When they try their experiments on the angels, they find that no matter what they do they can't get seem to get the systems back up. However there are always exceptions...
Groups
Humans ~ Those who were affected most by the meteor shower. Their worlds were turned upside down since the technology no longer works.
Fallen Angels ~ The supposed "meteors" in the story. Their purpose shall be revealed as our story unfolds. Some have their wings, others don't.
The Scientists ~ Of course the most curious of the human race, they wish to know what really happened on the night of the "meteor" shower. There can't be such a thing as angels... can there?
And that's all I've got for right now... I've added on a bit more, but kinda have a writer's block... Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section.
