This is the only place an ATP officer can use their guns without the proper training because here is where the training is to be done.

This area is filled with an obstacle course, shooting range and a sparring center (most likely just for melee but I guess sparring with guns that shoot rubber bullets isn't too insane.)


This area is constantly filled with ATP officers who are both training to use their guns out on the field and ATP officers who don't want their skills to get rusty.

This area is open at all times and is most likely the only place where you can fire a gun while still in the ATP headquarters unless there is a major threat.
