Comatose, a state of deep unconciousness caused by injury or disease. That's the dictionary definition of comatose. Most people recognize it in that sense, but only when it happens to them, do they realize the terror that the mind faces in the comatose state.

They are sent to a place called The Path, a journey which was invented by The Keyholder. It is consisted of three parts, the Labyrinth, the Dreamscape, and the Cage. Only one has ever made it to the Dreamscape, and know one has heard from him since.

The Labyrinth has creatures in it, but you are given no weapons. Food and water are distributed by the Possessed Walls. Possessed Walls are the walls which souls are in. When someone looses heart in The Labyrinth, they are sucked into it, to be a part of it until their real world self dies.

Cell phones are useless and ipods never run out of power, it is hot during the day and cold during the night. You wear exactly what you were wearing right before you were put into a coma.

A puppet called Jareth is The Keyholder's best companion. Jareth will take you back to the beginning of the Labyrinth whenever he wants.

All who enter The Path must get to The Keyholder's lair in order to escape its fate. No one has made it as far as the Cage yet, but there are some who are willing to fight.
