Currently there is a weapon called the death note, it's a notebook that controls all factors that lead to death as defined by the writer. While it can't force the victims to kill others and you require a name and face to kill, It is pretty much full proof.
In Japan, there is a case where two killers are using the death notes to kill people. The first killer attacks public figures in the newspapers. The second killer, doesn't have a preferance. six detectives are working on the case, 2 FBI agents and 4 Japanese detectives. Currently C (or Hammy) and Evan (or Seth) are meeting to discuss the mystery. unknown to Evan, C has a death note (which noone actually knows about even the existance of) and a shinigami, which is the second killer. A suspect has been identified for the first killer, but she disappeared and her killings have stopped for now.
It has just been revealed that there is a third killer in Britain. This one is highly more aggressive, can kill by victim killing others which defy the rules as far as we know. A profile has yet to be made. C and the japanese detectives have officially made a task force.
Now there's a killer in the United states with a kill rate of 50 deaths a day.
Unfortunately, Seth is occupied with the rapist killer, who also possesses a death note and the intelligence of one who kills without luxery. Killer 4 is a mass homocidal maniac. He's probably paranoid do to the concentrated deaths that move from group to group in the U.S. It may also be a political killer.

From what I've been gathering Death Notes do in fact exist. I ran into another detective who goes by the name Seth or Evan. I've been very shaky since the encounter with Evan but I must learn to calm myself. Right now I belive he is so interagating me, and suspects me of being a killer. The Shinigami who follows me is called Nehcro. Since I refuse to "Use the Death Note, she kills people around me and making others suspect me. I need to find the girl. She seems to also have relations with the Death Note. I will find out what the other user of the Note is. *C out*

EVAN CASE FILE:
KILLER PROFILES
KILLER 1:
Seems to be late teens early twenties. Is sadistic and hates people with power. Her killing method is forced suicide. Victims are generally male. Probably a student at Waku High. Suspect is probably abused or discriminated against. We have a suspect.
Killer 2: This one is a professional. Non-discriminated killing. Same area as the first and doesn't know people killed. they aren't in the news and they generally die via heart attack. Killer is older and mature. Also, the killer is commanding and will probably just come out and admit their killing. Generally, this killer is narcisistic. Location is in the same location as the first.

I ran into the man named Evan again, of course he was trying to get me to mess up and say something I'm not supposed to know. I don't know whether or not to tell him about the Death Notes, but it's probely not a good idea.
Killer #1 is a Female from what I learned from him and she hasn't been killing people since.
Killer #2 from what he is deducing is me, but Nehcro the Shinigami who now is in my possession is killing people to try to get me to do her evil work.
Evan- A detective who is sent to find out who "kira" is. Over the last event all information is classified, but he to knows about the past. From what I deduced from that the original Kira is dead but obviously the killing method has not faded and is still being used. *C out*

Killer observations
Profile for killer #3This man has narcisistic personality disorder coupled with blurred morals. It's obviously a male do to Dna, and something so elaborate can't be done by multiple people successfully. He's a charmer, towards women, and has a hatred of anyone who seems like the boss of him. Uniquely enough, he has white hair and ALL of his veins are visible. He remains of suspicion and is very elaborate with his killing power, going so into detail as stalking his victims, getting their names and faces, and getting them to tell their class mates name and phone number before they die. I recently found out there is a new killer on the loose and he seems to kill relentless on good or not. I should talk to Evan about this,but I don't really know if I should trust him or not. The new killer has been attacking in several locations and no trace. The only time we ever caught footage (all over the internet) was with him on a brick wall with the Death Note in one hand. It makes me think just how many of them are there?If Evan was to find one I would have to take drastic measures not killing though. Every life counts and it is a tyrant who want to take this world away from us.Nehcro whines everyday wishing her Death Note was found by him. I have no sorrow for her knowing she is just the same as him but can't ever be see unless a simple touch of the Death Note. I will wait for Evans call and won't leave till then. *C out*

Evan is figuring out everything to quickly, I don't want to kill him but if it puts me in a position where I could be killed Nehcro will write his name. I'm moving the team due to safety issues, of people following us and are armed to kill. Evan is not to be trusted Even to work with. He suspects me since I hanged up and he thinks I'm making up excuses. *C out*

Killer Investigation notes
I've captured a Kira type killer. He doesn't remember how he kills, and the notebook he had is gone. He has no memory and he's not lying. (that's my specialty). The notebook is probably how these people are killing. If not, it's at least how they are keeping their memories. I need to track down a notebook. My next move is to see if I can track down one of the original investigators of the Kira case, and track down a killer in America. This one is highly aggressive and is like the second. The killing style is very similar to the second. (For more information see my other reports).
