Hey, I need some advice or soemthing close to it. I wanna make a Captain profile, but I'm not sure I can without approval. Can someone help me out here?

just make the profile, after you make it i'll take a look at it, and ether i'll approve it, or i'll tell you some things you need to fix and afteer you fix the stuff i'll look at it again and so on. i'm not to strict on stuff so most of the time i approve unless there is something ether really wrong/impossible in it or if it brakes a rule
