I am gonna show you how to get a Pikachu likes Ashes
Lets cover Volt Tackle:
If you put a female with a light ball in the Day-Care with a normal male. The pichu thats born will be born with Volt Tackle.
Lets cover Iron Tail:
if you have a Pikachu in D/P or Platinum. And you want it to learn Iron Tail. Go to Iron Island and go down 1 and to the right door thingy. go all the way right and it'll be a Item (looks like a pokeball) pick it up and your Pikachu could now learn Iron Tail ^_^
Lets cover Quick Attack:
Pikachu will learn Quick Attack at lvl 13, So get it happy with you fast!
Lets cover Thunderbolt:
Pikachu will learn Thunderbolt at lvl 26
(Pichu evolves when it's happiness is high.)
