Those whom are considered criminals are updated and registered into this article, listening whom they are along with a picture of what they look like. With that, there is also details on their abilities along with their crimes. The Bingo Book raises the criminal awareness so they can be captured. Any member defecting from their village, the Kage is in charge of placing them in this thread.
