Off some 5 miles from Portilalian is the small unique fish market community known as Daile. Fish is there thing and something like 1000 fish come into the place everyday, being shipped off to foreign countries, bought there, or brought over to Portilalian restaurants. Daile is also famous for a certain pub, rumored to be a favorite vacation spot for Hannibal of the Barths himself when the man was known to be alive..
There is no clan restrictions here mainly because it is unlikely for any clan members to come here for anything except maybe during break from Clan duties because the fishing here is great and the pub makes the best drinks.
