{Hey Hiro, I clearly stated that only those with 'complete' cells can begin creating a cell fourm for their team. You're currently still missing one member so this shouldn't even be here. Cell 8 is already complete which is why I told them that they could create their own cell fourm. I just think that it'll be best if you keep yourself updated with what's going on around the guild so that stuff like this don't happen. I'm not blaming you but just thought that you should keep this in mind okay?}
