Seal has the finest voice I've ever heard.
Carlos Santana is the finest guitarist I've heard.
Vladimir Horowitz is the finest pianist I've ever heard.
Other than that, I don't have any definitive favorite singer or band. I on occasion have a favorite. Though, those singers or bands are always replaced by something else. Either because my taste in music changes. Or I end up finding something I enjoy more.
