A ninja village deep in the forests of Hi no Kuni, built into the trees themselves. The wooden buildings and towers make up a sprawling rural city, surrounded by a massive wooden wall on three sides and a large cliff-face on the fourth.

Laying in the grass within the park with his hands behind his head was the young genin Kasuga. He'd laid his body down to gaze up at the clouds, but had long since lost track of how much time had elapsed since then. Since his eyes had gazed up into the sky, he had been in a dazed state. He neither moved nor spoke. Kasuga would occasionally let out an occasional yawn or sigh. His mind was empty, bare, enjoying the wind carry the clouds across the blue sky. His eyelids were slightly lowered in this relaxed state of bliss. His face held a blank expression, simply taking in what his eyes were viewing. Here carelessly cloud watching, he felt at ease, at peace.

Remembering that he had something to do, Kasuga began to get up off of the grass. He's wished that he was able to continue relaxing, but there was something that he'd been nagged to do that needed to be taken care of. He stretched his arms and his back that had grown stiff. He let out a sigh as he placed his hands in his pockets and began to walk out from the park.
