Personality: He is calm and reserved, more often than not it is impossible to flare Alex's temper. Throughout his life he has dealt with issues through a more diplomatic means. According to the views of most he is not fit for combat but he insists otherwise as long as the battles are dedicated to upholding the rules and laws of the Soul Society.

Physical Description: Alex stands at six foot and two inches, his height serves to level out a small factor of intimidation that hovers about him. He is seen with perfect posture at all times and in no way has ever been depicted as sloppy or lazy by slouching or leaning into his hands while sitting. His long ocean green hair falls all around his face cutting off right underneath his shimmering red eyes that appear to have a faint glow in themselves.
He wears the traditional shinigami clothing although his appear to be a bit more form fitting than the average shinigami. The right sleeve of his clothing has been removed in order to compensate for the raging flames that erupt from his shikai that would otherwise incinerate his clothing.
Zanpakuto Name and Sealed Description: Ryuujin. In its sealed state it resembles a normal katana that reaches a length of four feet in total. The guard is oddly absent underneath the shinning silver blade. The handle of it extends roughly a foot and is capped off by a metal plate that bends around to fit the exact shape of the handles end. Wrapped around the entire grip is are two layers of black and white fabric that criss-cross over the entire handle then ties into the metal plate at the end.
Zanpaku-to Sword Type: ōdachi
Zanpaku-to Element: fire
Shikai Command Phrase(Not attained): Rain destruction over the burning heavens.
Shikai Description:When Alex releases Ryuujin the blade extends reaching a total length of six feet, unquestionably taking its title as an ōdachi. Two burning red eyes open across his knuckles for a split second before a small serpent like dragon erupts from his hand and encircles the base of the blade coiling its body tightly then shifting its body into metal creating the guard of the blade. A blinding blue flame pours from the small dragon's body creating a stream of flame that envelopes the entire blade. The flame encircling the blade can be released into streams of flame that can surround his opponents consume them in flame.
Aside from its offensive capabilities, Ryuujin lets of a spray of glowing red scales that hover in the air around its wielder's left arm. Each scale moves in unison creating a barrier than that can cushion some physical attacks. Although it has no effect in stopping reiatsu based attacks made by zanpaktou or kido of any kind. They will simply disrupt the barrier and send the scales scurrying about in a random fashion before coming back to their original position.
Bankai Name(Not Attained): Seisan Ryuujin
Bankai: Upon releasing his bankai Alex places his both hands upon the grip of his zanpaktou and it erupts into an all consuming flame that creates a sphere of flame around him that covers a diameter of rougly four feet. The scales that were floating around him multiply themselves and begin to glow a deep crimson. The ring of scales then clashes with the sphere of flame causing an explosion, after the uncontrollable wave from the explosion dissipates Alex is revealed within it.
The scales all come inward creating massive wings that sprout from his back, at first glance they appear to be feather like but a closer look reveals it is more along the lines of thousands of small scales vibrating at an immensely high rate. These wings can fold down creating a barrier that is capable severely reducing the impact of physical attacks but still not completely. Unfortunately the barrier can still only reduce the effect of oncoming weaker reiatsu based attacks, higher powered Kidou can still cause them to temporarily disperse.
The fires of his zanpaktou consume the physical being of the blade and create two claw like arms that form as gauntlets covering his arms from the tip of his fingers up to his elbows. Along the palm and the insides of the fingers of these claws are metallic blades that are reminiscent from the blade of his zanpaktou; the cuts from which burn whatever they make contact with intensely. The flames from these gauntlet like claws can be dispersed into a dome like field of flame trapping an opponent within the parameters.

1. Sai (塞, Restrain) Locks a target's arms in place behind their back
4. Hainawa (這縄, Crawling Rope) An energy rope entangles the target's arms.
8. Seki (斥, Repulse) Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it.
Hado:
1. Shō (衝, Thrust)Pushes the target away from the caster.
4. Byakurai (白雷, Pale Lightning)The user fires a concentrated, powerful lightning bolt from their finger.

Skills: Alex excels in utilizing hado to disrupt the flow of his opponents attacks.
Bio: Alex grew up in a well off family, although his family had been rich they were not the most honest of people. They had clawed their way to the top of a chain of merchants not caring who they pushed aside or left behind along the way. All his life Alex wished to break away from the way they did business in any way he could.
In his younger years he really showed no aptitude for focusing his reiatsu. Although his parents always dreamed of having their son go off and become a powerful soul reaper it appeared as if they would not be met with satisfactory results. They had wanted him to gain leverage within soul society through a high position among the soul reapers so they could abuse his position. For him though it took a great many more years than most for his reiatsu to be awakened. After it did however his parents were absolutely ecstatic, their was hope for their dreams yet. Within Alex's mind though he had no desire to help them out in their endeavors. If he became a soul reaper it would be to uphold justice and the law of Soul Society.
He was put into the academy and trained endlessly at his parents request. He had been assigned special tutors that would drill him harder than the rest of the students. Because of this he excelled above his class and was eventually placed into the advanced class. Once there he focused on kido over everything else. He did not care for physical training and thus lost most of his sparring matches using only zanpaktou. His aim was perfect for kido though, in the time at the academy he learned to use the basic hado taught to them without using an incantation.

I would like to see more description and depth to the Bankai.
The Shikai is excellent and gives a lot of description of both appearance, its forming and its abilities.
The Bankai just seems lacking following that and to me a little disconnected since the scales from the shikai make no return, they simply disappear. However that little disconnection is no big deal at all. I just liked the idea of the scales. xD
Plus it would be nice if you listed some attacks, unless of course there are none and you just randomly use the flames. Which is fine.
Overall like I said my only request is a little more depth and description on the Bankai and any attacks you wish to have.
If you wish to have no attacks then just omit that part.

Sorry for the delay.
We had a few concerns with your Bankai and I had to discuss them with Heavenly.
We feel as it stands it is a little overpowered.
The final verdict is that controlling fire is fine. However the idea of a Senbonzakura type attack with it is what there is a problem with. Controlling the movements of the fire is fine, but such a large scale combined with the other abilities is a bit much.
Also, we feel the scales that make up the wings should stay true to their role in Shikai. They should block physical attacks, but be able to block more powerful physical attacks, while only being capable of blocking the weaker reiatsu based attacks. Like numbers 1~20 or so. Being able to block physical as well as repelling reiatsu based attacks is quite a bit overpowered.
Make these changes and the profile should be good to go. xD
