This..... is surprising? Tomoya even has her own story!! She has the same Clannad uniform... But she's in a different anime!

Actually, that's a spinoff to the original Clannad game. I think you mean Tomoyo Sakigami, one of the girls. Tomoya is the main character.
The game mentioned is a continuation of Tomoyo's scenerio from the game. It was actually made in response to Clannad not being an H-game. Later though after a positive reception it was released as an all ages version, with the adult scenes taken out. It takes place later after Tomoyo's scenerio in the first game, where Tomoyo and Tomoya are going out. In the original Clannad storyline, the two did actually date, but Tomoya broke up with her because of his status of a delinquit and her status of student council president, which Tomoya did help her achieve as the anime displayed.
The opening song is awesome, of course coming from I've Sound. The usual ones that get big are from Lia or Kotoko, which you probably hear alot of from other shows like Shakugan no Shana or Hayate the Combat Butler.
There is also a manga based on this called 'Tomoyo After: Dear Shining Memories' which is told from Tomoya's point of view.
