Yes I have, and it does hurt. Mine wasn't one of those half circle shaped sharp ones, though, but one of those huge cube ones. It sucked, and hurt like a b***h.

Not so much choked as was amazed by the fact I'd managed to swallow a huge icecube without killing myself. lol

I used to chew ice cubes when I was a bit younger...
And I guess I swallowed an ice cube after I had chewed on it, making it pointy...
But some hot green tea really helped it melt faster though!
